This spacious property is perfect for large families or groups of friends, offering two private spaces.

The main house features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a master suite, a large open living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room. Three bedrooms have queen-size beds, while the fourth room, which doubles as a game room, has 2 twin beds.

The Guest House is a cozy retreat with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, a 4-person dining area, and a comfortable living space.

Furry friends are welcome with a pet fee of $200/pet.

The Space

Step through the beautiful doors into our modern living space. Please leave your shoes at the door to keep our floors clean, as they are often touched by little fingers.

Relax in the living room with a 65" smart TV or enjoy the kitchen and dining area, both of which are fully stocked. Down the hall, you'll find the first bedroom on the right, featuring a queen-size bed, a dedicated work area, and a large closet. Next, the shared bathroom has a walk-in shower, modern vanity, and toilet. Past the bathroom is another bedroom with a queen bed, workspace, and closet. The master bedroom, located further down the hall, includes an en-suite bathroom, a queen bed, and access to the deck, which can also be reached from the living room.

Back in the living room and through the kitchen is the final bedroom, which features a twin daybed and a pullout twin trundle, and doubles as a game room. The game room is equipped with a multi-game table (mini pool, air hockey, foosball, and table tennis) and a dry-erase board for tracking scores. In the corner, you'll find a board game center with chess, checkers, Tic-Tac-Toe, backgammon, poker, and other card games.

The Guest House can be accessed from the backyard or through the gate in the driveway. Enter the private patio space and slide open the beautiful barn doors to reveal the guesthouse living area. The living room features a 55" smart TV on a wall mount that adjusts up to a 45-degree angle, and a dining table for 4. Inside, there are 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds and a bathroom with a full-size shower, modern sink, and toilet. The fully stocked modern kitchen opens to the shared backyard.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire property grounds. Your door code will operate the keyless entry locks.

The driveway accommodates up to 4 cars, parked side by side and in tandem. Please follow the painted parking lines.

Other Things to Note

This beautiful modern home is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The local trail network is easily accessible for walking, running, and cycling. We are also just minutes from the Concord BART station, making it easy to explore the Bay Area.

There are ring doorbell cameras at each exterior door entrance of the unit which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the doors.
