Haut sur une colline et non situé près d'une zone d'incendie ou d'inondation!
Profitez d'une qualité de classe mondiale, maintenue à un niveau élevé, d'une piscine de luxe Majestic Infinity, d'un foyer pour le feu, le tout avec une vue imprenable sur les environs .. encore isolé et à quelques pas de la maison principale, de la cuisine et de la salle de billard. Propriété très privée et sécurisée avec des chênes spectaculaires, des érables japonais et de nombreux jardins de fleurs ... à quelques pas du vignoble depuis le bord de la piscine. Récemment construit pour le meilleur des fonctionnalités de divertissement: Cuisine entièrement équipée et espace barbecue, DW, Ice / Refer, Salle de bain / vestiaire, élimination, le tout rehaussé par une télévision à écran plat et système de son (prêt pour le téléphone / iP Fi fourni partout. La zone est entièrement aménagée et méticuleusement entretenue. Système d'éclairage automatique haut de gamme et très confortable jour et nuit. Près des boutiques, restaurants, BART et Hwy.

Toutes les chambres sont entièrement rénovées, propres et modernes en termes de «designer». Plasma et écrans plats partout (y compris HDMI Poolside). Tapis, carrelage et mobilier sont de qualité designer. Les ventilateurs de plafond et l'éclairage intérieur haut de gamme avec des dispositifs de gradation pour un charme intime.

Amazing long weekend with extended family at this beautiful and welcoming home! We loved the pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen - also appreciated the well appointed kitchen with everything we need to cook meals. Close to Lafayette and downtown San Francisco - it’s beautiful! Chris, the host, is gracious and available for any questions. We’ll be back! Highly recommend!

This property was amazing! Great views and the outside area with the pool, jacuzzi and grill were fantastic! The only thing to note is that we had elderly people with us and it was tough for them going up and down the stairs to get to the pool and jacuzzi so just a consideration if you have difficulty with stairs. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and Chris was an attentive host, thanks!

Amazing space for our family reunion. Had enough space for family that flew in from all over the states, as well as hosting family in the bay area for dinners and swimming. This is our second stay here and it did not disappoint as we celebrated our 100yr old matriarch with four generations present. Chris is a wonderful and attentive host and as before, our stay was highlighted by cleanliness, smooth check-in, easy communication and thoughtful touches! The microwave broke down but Chris was attentive and quick to respond.We had cold rain during our week there so could not enjoy the outside grounds, spa and infinity pool but the great views outside every window, the pool table and watching the Olympics on the big screen TV were a hit! Location is convenient to get around Lafayette and the surrounding areas and I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking to rent in this area.Thank you Chris, for your special attention and we look forward to returning again!

My original interest in this property was the potential of developing it into something of interest and my own vision of what it could become incorporating my personal flair for Architectural design and developement.The grounds,3.5 acres,the huge and ancient Oaks and the possibility of clearing areas to take advantage of the magnificent views,took on a life of its own.The pool,outdoor kitchen,lower lawn,garden area and Vineyard were a dream come true and truely takes you away from it all...but everything is right here within reach and access.

Private and exclusive...On a private road with rare activity from neighboring area and difficult to see into private pool area.None of the features are shared.
Indoor area is well furnished and very comfortable with functional layout.Views of the surrounding areas approx 300 degrees.Modern Kitchen,breakfast banquette area looks east toward early morning sun and pool in full view just below.Full audio and visual features in and around deck area.

If you enjoy garden color, you will be happy to see a mature landscape add to the beauty.Much in Lavenders,Roses and other bedding plants.The entire backdrop for photo moments will be a definite feature for you and family.Fall brings an unbelievable color to the property as the strategic planting of Maples come alive !

Pool area gets in access of 9 hrs of full sun (peak)with umbrellas, lounges, kids " floaties " and cabana for protection if desired.The beach entry are gets the very last and facing east the setting sun on Mt Diablo is a highlight as you settle down to dinner. All amenities are right at your fingertips and an after dinner drink around the fire pit or another dip in the pool will truly put you in the relax mode...as the sunset gives way to the twinkling light on the distant peaks and lower valley.Watch for the beam of orange light as it slowly breaks behind the Mountain.....the moon is in full view from this area and breathtaking when it is full and very hard to cut the evening short.Cabana equipt with change/bathroom.
