Aspen View is approximately 5 minutes from downtown Buena Vista and has easy access to Cottonwood Pass, both Mt. Princeton and Cottonwood Hot springs, local drive-in movie theatre, hiking trails, rafting, horseback riding, fishing and many other outdoor adventures to be found in Buena Vista.

This home is a wonderful fit for a family or for couples.

PROPERTY
The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Expansive views of the beautiful Sawatch mountain range, framed by 14,000 foot Mt. Princeton are highlighted from the property. The home is just minutes from the Buena Vista Rodeo Grounds, downtown Buena Vista and The Barn at Sunset Ranch.

KITCHEN
The kitchen has modern, updated appliances and it is stocked with everything you need to cook your meals away from home. We also provide local coffee from The Buena Vista Roastery & a welcome basket full of goodies for our guests.

BEDROOMS
The home has 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: Main bedroom with 1 king bed, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed
Bedroom 3: 1 full and 1 twin bed

BATHROOMS
The home has 2 full bathrooms. Each bathroom is stocked with all of your essential needs. We have towels, hair dryers, soap, shampoo, conditioner & other essentials just in case you forget something.

LAUNDRY ROOM
You will have access to a full-size washer & dryer. Laundry detergent is provided. The home also has an iron and ironing board.

Guests do not have access to the garage at this time.

This is one of the best VRBO’s we’ve ever rented. This home was clean and well stocked. The location was very convenient. The hosts left a lovely welcome basket. We were all very comfortable. We would love to stay here again when visiting Buena Vista!

We had such a nice stay in this Buena Vista home. The hosts prepared the house with everything that we needed. We could have shown up with a suitcase and moved in; blankets, toiletries, snacks, games, books, the list goes on. We even changed our plans because of the information binder provided. Thank you. We loved Charlotte Hot Springs and Botanical Gardens. I also had a lovely walk through the neighborhood and found a great park for the littles. Highly recommend this property.

Honeymoon trip

Beautiful accommodation, very clean and cozey. Easy access to town with lots of beautiful shops, restaurants, and of course the beautiful views of the mountains. Will definitely be bringing the kids next time for a family trip. Highly recommended, hoast is also very friendly and informative on the area. Gave us great recommendations for our anniversary/ honeymoon dinner.

Lovely stay!

This home was very comforting and nice. It was extremely clean and organized as well. The house is a close distance to the town, so you never are short on things to keep you busy! Food, shopping, walking/biking trails, golf course, Jeep/ATV rentals, fishing, hiking are all within a few minutes. Highly recommend this property. The hosts were easy to work with as well. Everything was seamless.

Great location; easy access

We had a great stay here for the Leadville Trail 100 taking place up the road. We used the house as base camp for our group. Easy access to/from town. Check in/out instructions were straightforward. Would stay here again!
