At the end of each season, we take the opportunity to thoroughly deep clean and refresh our properties, including touching up paint and addressing scuffs and wear that naturally occur from luggage and frequent guest use. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I truly wish you would have let me know about the shower during your stay, just as you did with the coffee pot. As you mentioned, I had a brand-new coffee pot delivered within an hour, and I would have done the same to address any other concerns if I had been made aware. It’s always confusing when guests wait until after checkout to mention issues instead of giving us the chance to make it right in real time. We work extremely hard to ensure every guest has a wonderful experience and all it takes is one review to overshadow the effort we put in daily, so I encourage future guests to always reach out to us immediately if something isn’t right—we’re here to help. Thank you for the honest review Michele. I have replaced the dishes with a new set and bought additional silverware and a new coffee pot as well. This unit can be rented with the one next door and sometimes dishes/utensils can travel to the other side so I bought a new set in a different color so housekeeping could make sure the studio is always stocked.
