Great house, great location. It’s perfect for families with small children. The only criticism I would have in that regard is that you have to watch the front door carefully because small children can exit the door at will. There is no locking mechanism from the inside.

House was well kept had plenty of space. Golf carts were a definite plus! Missed the cart signs headed to the beach day one…maybe a property map in the welcome binder would help or some pointers for around the property. Overall we had a great time and made some lasting memories. Would definitely stay at the property again.

Found it a little strange that there were no beach towels, which isn’t ideal when you’re flying. I’ve never stayed in a beach house where towels aren’t provided. Otherwise, everything was great. Great spring break vacation!

Property was exactly as described, very clean, kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to celebrate our daughters birthday. The golf carts were perfect for going back and forth to the beach without parking issues. I would definitely book this home again for our next Destin vacation.

My family and I love this house!! The whole unit is very updated. Master Bathroom is really nice. We will definitely stay here again next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited during the week of Thanksgiving and the entire stay was wonderful. I only had one minor concern regarding one of the golf carts and they sent a technician out within a couple of hours, which showed they truly value their customers. I would definitely recommend staying here while in the Destin area.

Lovely property! Looks just like the pictures with extras! I have stayed in the sandestin resort area before, this home was much better. Golf carts were great to get around and go to the beach without the hassle of finding parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: - Location - Golf carts - Cleanliness of home - Size and space of home Cons: - Check-in is on the later side at 4pm (especially if you're Ubering from airport and have nowhere to store bags) - Propane tank was empty - Needed to buy a few items - e.g. trash bags Bottom line: Pros heavily outweighed the Cons. Would stay again.

Spring break 2024

We had a great time at this property! The 4 full baths and bedrooms were perfect for our party of 6! We had an issue with one golf cart and they were on site same day to fix it. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation home.

Everything was amazing

This property was the perfect home away from home for our family and friends. Everyone enjoyed the home as well as its location. And, having 2 golf carts was a wonderful added bonus! The management company was very responsive with our questions. Truly, everything was perfect! We would stay here again!

Beautiful home!

It was so nice to have a bedroom and bathroom for each couple! The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and it had chairs for the beach. The home is well decorated, close to everything, and the two golf carts were so fun!!

The kitchen is well equipped and nice to have night lights in the bathrooms at night. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the golfers. Its a good location and easy to get around with the golf carts. Beach , pools and shopping are close enough to use the golf carts. Had a couple small issues and Beach Blue corrected them the same day we called. Everything was very clean when we arrived so no issues there.

Great SanDestin resort house

My family truly enjoyed this property and our stay. We have been coming to Sandestin for 10+ years and this is the best house we’ve rented so far! Very close to the new Hotel Effie and Baytowne Wharf. I would only change the checkout time and bring more towels. All of the appliances and furniture seemed close to new!

1866 Villa Lago Review

This villa was perfect for our weekend getaway beach trip. The Villa was beautiful, stocked with everything you need. It sat on the beautiful golf course. It also came with two, six seater golf carts which were perfect for us to take to the beach and Baytowne Wharf! Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone, and we will definitely be back!!
