We were a group of 7, 4 adults and 3 children. The bedrooms were great, beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were great as well. Plenty of towels. The kitchen was very well equipped. We spent most of our time at the house in the pool. Our grandchildren loved the big, wide steps. The adults enjoyed the opportunity to relax after long days in the parks.Andrea was very responsive and answered questions promptly. One simple question about the TV outside had the management company come to show us how to use it! I felt very confident and comfortable communicating with Andrea, that no question was too small. We would definitely stay here again!

When we arrived in Florida, the weather was unseasonably and severely cold. It was so nice to arrive at a warm and inviting home. Everything was ready and inviting and contributed to a great vacation. Thank you!

My husband and I booked this trip for us, daughter, sil, and 2-8year old grandsons. The house was centrally located in a gated community. Home was even better than the pictures. The host responded to my inquiries very quickly. There was something for all age groups to do between the game room and the outdoor theatre. I would definitely recommend this home and host. We could not have been happier with our stay.

2 weeks of paradise

We stayed at this villa for the our whole 14 day stay, it was exactly what we were looking for.The gated community it’s in ‘Formosa Gardens’ is made up of lots of other stunning homes. This villa is really private, no neighbours oversee the garden/pool area, this is something we really wanted. It had everything we needed, plenty of towels, plates etc.

Wonderful week on Orlando

Enjoyed being close to the parks in a safe and gated neighborhood for early morning walks. Some of the technology (Roku) is dated but there were TVs in each room, great Pool, well equipped kitchen. Don’t hesitate to book!

Very pleasant stay

Highly recommend this location. Our group of 5 enjoyed our stay very much. The house has everything you need including a beautiful lanai and pool. Our minor questions were answered very quickly. Location is great — tons of food and grocery options within 1-2 miles. It’s very close to Disney — we spent our time at Universal and it was an easy drive there (25-35 minutes depending on traffic).

Disney vacation

Wonderful property very close to Disney. We have stayed at other places in the area before which were great, but this home is now our favorite. The location, home layout, amenities were perfect. I have nothing but positive things to say. The owners were extremely responsive to any inquiries. We look forward to staying again.
