La Poza is a boutique condo facility located in the heart of downtown Isla Mujeres. La Poza is a six-story building with an elevator and a shared rooftop with a spectacular infinity pool with 360-degree views. This design positions you in the convenient heart of downtown while keeping the bustle at bay while you sunbathe from our rooftop pool.

If you are interested in renting more than one condo, please let us know. We have multiple one and two-bedroom condos located in La Poza.

La Poza #301 is a modernly designed, third-floor, one-bedroom condo that is the perfect choice for your vacation to Isla Mujeres. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 3 adults. With La Poza's ideal and peaceful location, in the heart of downtown, convenience is on your doorstep!

Enjoy your airy and modern air-conditioned, spacious living area with a comfortable sofa/futon. Indulge in this tranquil and quiet escape in the center of all the action on Isla Mujeres. Open your large, glass patio doors from your living area and start your day in paradise with breakfast and a coffee from your balcony or from our ocean view rooftop pool.

At La Poza, you are located just steps away from the main pedestrian street, Avenida Hidalgo, lined with vibrant bars, delicious restaurants, street cafes, and shops. This awesome location also places you only a block and a half from the soft white sand and turquoise blue waters of Playa Norte, one of the top ten beaches in the world.

From here you can spend your days exploring paradise, relaxing with a cocktail and your toes in the sand on the beach, or wandering around the shops looking for the perfect souvenirs to take back with you.

Upon your return to your condo, relax and cool off in our rooftop pool, or why not sit back on your sofa and watch something on your TV, or choose a film or your favorite TV show from Netflix? Wash the sand and salt away in your large, full bathroom, with access from the bedroom and from the living area.

The kitchen comes complete with everything that you will need to prepare a meal when the choices of eating out are too abundant for you to choose. It comes with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and blender, as well as dishes and utensils and a breakfast bar that can seat 4 people.

Wake up each day in your cozy king bed. The air-conditioned bedroom also comes complete with access to the bathroom, a spacious closet for clothing and storage. The bedroom also has access to a very small and private patio area out the back of the condo.

** LA POZA IS LOCATED IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN, AND SOMETIMES THERE IS STREET NOISE OR MUSIC PLAYING FROM THE BARS/RESTAURANTS THAT ARE DOWNTOWN. **

The host was great! Everyone at the concierge desk was very helpful. The condo was large and comfortable. Everything was very clean.I would have given it five stars, however, there was one problem. Two of the six nights we stayed, there were parties that went on until after 4 AM. Having quiet hours would help. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect that after midnight it’s quiet so other guests can sleep.

Comfortable stay in the heart of Centro

Building was clean, easy access and an elevator. Communication with the building management was fast. Esteban who manages the front was fantastic and helped us quickly any time we asked and even seemed to anticipate what we might need help with during our stay. I would stay here again 100%!

This location is ideal, esp if you enjoy your beach time, eats and drinks! The staff were friendly and accommodating, and made sure we had what we needed. Estaban always went above and beyond and even helped us find bicycles to rent nearby, as well a place to safely store them. The custodian that looked after the floors etc kept the place absolutely spotless. Having the pool to use after a nice hot day at the beach was a treat! The room itself was also very nice and clean; perfect little kitchen for making light snacks and drinks, but you could also make full meals. The bed was also very comfortable! We would absolutely stay here again.

Very good unit. Was exceptionally clean and modern. Pleased that a bank and golf cart rental was right across the street, and the alley with the shops and restaurants were only 1block away.

Pictures were very accurate. Great place to rest and gather with family. Right in the middle of everything on the north part of the island. The front desk staff were great! Especially Esteban! Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Excellent!

Loved the property itself. Apartment very well located. Clean. Very nice pool. Close to everything. I would have appreciated that there is one or two pots for cooking. The concierge Esteban is very nice and always ready to help. A little noisy because of the proximity of bars. But an overall great place.

La Poza stay

This was a great place for us to stay! I would definitely stay here again. The location was great, we rented a golf cart and never had any issues with parking close by. It is also very walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. It is very new and well built and pretty. The rooftop pool was great we went up there almost daily to watch the sunset and it was usually just us. The front desk people were extremely nice and helpful. Had a great time overall!

Condo and property was fabulous. Was very cheaply supplied from the furniture to the appliances. Was only cleaned once a week which was ok but you had to go down and get towels and toilet paper ect. Overall it was a nice stay, close to everything.

Great central stay and loved the rooftop pool

Basically brand new, this place was the perfect central stay, so close to all beaches and shops/restaurants. The apt was very spacious with comfortable beds and sofas & the rooftop pool, which was basically always empty the multiple times a day I used it, was great. It is central, so you’ll hear some early evening and late night music, yet this was mainly drowned out by the double glazed doors and windows. Unless you adamant on a beachside, water view room in north Isla, then I wouldn’t look anywhere else than staying here

Clean & Safe

The condo was clean however, over the weekend there was NOBODY at the front desk and there is no front door passkey, anyone can just walk in. There was 2 of us in the condo and only provided 1 key. Other family, staying in the same condo was hesitantly provided a second key when equested.

Hard to communicate getting into the property
 the guy at the front desk once we found him was super nice.. there’s only one small mirror over the sink in the bathroom which is odd usually there’s a mirror somewhere else in an apartment
 he went and purchased one for us so we could get ready at the same time.. coffee shop next door was delightful .. close to many things
 there is NO view.. 301 but the roof top pool can help for a view.. a/c Perfect.. know one in 7 days ever came to clean but the guy at the desk was very helpful and nice to give towels when needed!

Beautiful condo!

The condo itself was super spacious and beautiful. It was clean and was in a safe location. The smoothie shop next door was an added bonus. I was slightly frustrated with the check in instructions as you have to contact the property manager when you arrive on the island to let you in the building. Well her contact was not in any attached pdf in my initial confirmation email as it stated. I had sent a message on Vrbo telling them I was on the island and they instructed me to message the prop manager but didn’t respond when I asked for the contact info.. So i communicated with Julia the concierge for the company “Everything Isla”. She was super helpful and able to assist me providing the managers info. Besides that everything was 10/10. It would’ve been great to have at least one more sets of towels / wash rags since there is no washer or dryer but we ended up leaving early due to the weather so we made it work. They provided two beach towels, two shower towels, two bath rags, your typical soap/shampoo/conditioner, a sponge and soap for the kitchen and a few gallons of purified water in a water dispenser. When i come Back I’d deff stay here again! Thanks!
