Up to Four Lucky travelers will feel at home in this ground level apartment, just a stone's throw away from Forsyth Park. The Lynwood Collection on Forsyth is located on Historic Gaston Street and has been renovated top-to-bottom. Coastal decor ties the space together and creates an inviting space for guests to relax. Enjoy morning or evening strolls beneath the Spanish moss trees, and start your adventure discovering all Savannah has to offer.

Entering on the ground floor, you will be provided a secure key code unique to your stay, that ensures safe entry as you check in to your home away from home. Nestle into your coastal digs by gathering together in the living space fitted with a flat screen TV. Guests are welcome to access their streaming favorites like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime.

The kitchen is open to the living space, perfect for entertaining your guests. This quaint space offers stainless steel appliances, and is fitted to prepare a home cooked meal. Just down the hall, you'll find the king-size bedroom that features a private patio, great for an intimate meal or reading a book. Curl up into bed after a long day of exploring the town, and catch up on your favorite shows on the flatscreen television. You can also find the bathroom that features a spacious vanity, walk-in shower and a stack-able washer and dryer.

In the morning, we recommend taking a short stroll across Forsyth Park to The Sentient Bean for a latte or refreshing iced coffee. For lunch, pop over to Bull Street Taco and explore their unique twist on tacos. As you wander around town, stroll through the Squares of Savannah, enriched in history. For dinner, head north downtown, where there's none better than The Grey, a Southern fine dining experience retrofitted inside an old Greyhound Bus Station. After a day out, relax in the park and listen to the sound of the Forsyth fountain.

Great Location - Perfect Size

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent three nights in 14B and it worked perfectly for us. We walked to the farmers market at Forsythe Park one block away on Saturday morning. Took a couple of short uber rides to downtown locations for dinner etc. The private parking being the unit was perfect. we could bring our luggage in the back and easy with heavy items. The ground floor location is ideal. The apartment itself is clean and modern with everything you could need. Nice to have a fully functional kitchen along with a washer and dryer. Communication was great and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great value while visiting Savannah.

This is a great location for a walkable trip to historic district in Savannah. It’s about 15 minutes to walk to the riverfront and Forsyth park as well as several restaurants are feet away. The parking is very tight, especially for this unit. If you have a larger vehicle or have trouble navigating small uneven spaces, be aware.The unit was neat and clean and had all the amenities needed for your stay.

This was the perfect apartment for our St Patrick's season festivities in downtown Savannah. The proximity to Forsyth Park's playground and the St Patrick's Day parade route were fabulous for our spring break trip. We were able to explore downtown on foot and by free "dot" bus. We will look into staying here again.

A perfect location. Apartment was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Kitchen has everything you need. No dishwasher though. Master bed was VERY comfortable.

Nice clean apartment on a beautiful street. Parking spot is a plus because wherever you go you have to pay to park. Everything is within walking distance, shops, restaurants, Forsyth Park is just down the street. River Street is a fifteen minute walk through beautiful squares. We loved our stay here. Savannah is a great vacation spot.

The location is great and within short distance to major attractions. No driving and the longest walk was 30 minutes of beautiful cobblestone streets and parks. The property is nice and the host made check in and out very simple.
