I’ve stayed this host’s properties before and his communication is top shelf: timely, through, helpful, accurate. Thank you!!!! This particular property was just as described and we loved it. Though small in size, the smart layout was quite comfortable. The private courtyard was perfect for us and our small dog.

Cons: The shower is much too small and the pictures on Vrbo show a shower door. There was no shower door; only a shower curtain. Also, the air conditioner is located directly above the head of the bed and is noisy. In the middle of our stay the A/C quit working and dripped water on us in the middle of the night.Pros: The owner did get the A/C repaired the following day.

We enjoyed our stay. The bed is very comfortable. We were able to check in without any issues and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood and parking on the street was no problem.

This property is super cute and cozy—perfect for a short stay. It’s in a great location, close to TTU, which made getting around really easy. I was very hot when we checked in - it was 100 outside and the AC was off, but we left for a few hours and the place was cooler when we came back and became a comfortable retreat. Will definitely stay here again!

Cute and Quaint

I rented this little place while in town for work and it worked out great. It was super close to the office and made working in Lubbock so easy. I loved the neighborhood and with the closeness of breweries, coffee shops, bakeries it made it even better. Check-in was a breeze (once I figured out how work the keypad LOL!!!) and the place had everything a needed. I would definitely stay again.

We had a little glitch with the key pad to get in but it worked out.

It was very close to Tech, which we wanted. Everything was great and as listed. Very clean. Cute space for two people. I wished the ac was a little stronger. Not a central ac. An air conn.

Hold me tighter Tiny Bunga-low

Clean and stylish little bungalow--the trumpet flower overhang was so pleasant outside the entrance. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen practical. My husband is 6'3" and 270 and the shower and toilet was a little too tiny for him--so just a heads up if you're bigger folk--it worked, but not very comfortable for him. Thankful for the filtered water pitcher and toaster oven.

Nice little place!

We stayed for one night while passing through the area. The house was clean and easy to access. Walking distance to the Pizza place was a plus as we arrived hungry! The place was small but plenty of room for 2 adults, one child and a dog. We will stay here if ever passing through again.

Bungalow

My overall experience couldn’t have been better. Very clean, extremely comfortable bed with nice pillows, sheets, etc.. provided coffee which is important to me. Roku TV with many options for viewing. Very private place to stay and was quiet. Nice neighborhood. I will definitely stay there again recommend it to everyone I know. Kevin always got back with me quickly and answered any questions I had. I have absolutely no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed my stay!!

Great location for a stopover

I needed a place to stay overnight on my way back to Austin and this met my needs. The property worked well for my two dogs as I could let them off-leash in the small but fully fenced area. The bed was comfortable. The host sent check-out requirements the day before, including washing used dishes, removing sheets and towels, and setting the trash by the door. I would stay here again for the same purpose.
