This property was great for our family! We loved the 6 person golf cart for our trips to the beach and other local places! The bikes were also great! The property itself was very nice and it has a lot of room for a large family to spread out and enjoy! We really enjoyed the experience at this property and the neighborhood and community pool were also excellent!

Great house and neighborhood, definitely needed some up keep. The host communicated with us about broken door alarms for the pool/hot tub the alarm would sound daily 1-5 pm. They finally got it fixed the last day but shower didn’t work in one room and the water pressure was like a garden hose in the master. Will definitely use the service again

The property is awesome. Plenty of room for all of us. The young adults enjoyed the bikes while the older adults enjoyed the golf cart. Easy 10 min walk to the beach. Would rent this one again.

Perfect Getaway

We had an amazing stay! Very spacious for family and friends. Golf cart made it super convenient to get to and from the beach with chairs and bags. Would definitely stay again!

Loved the house but some of the fit and finish things needed addressed. Wall outlet covers were missing, one of the bathrooms shower drain did not drain very well, it took forever to get hot water into some of the bathrooms, some of the double doors did not close properly. Besides those minor items the place was very clean and it felt like you were at home.

The perfect girls trip!

Me and my girls had the best time celebrating my Bach trip. The house was located walking distance from the beach and extremely close to restaurants and night life. This house was perfect to give all 13 of us girls our own space during our stay!

I’d book this again!

Beautiful, clean and spacious home in an excellent location! The golf cart was a lifesaver to and from the beach ( 2 minutes away) with 6 adults and 3 children under 5! Communication was good with Eschelon Properties. I’d book this lovely home again.

Space, convenience and comfort

Our group of 10 had lots of space to visit and relax. The bedrooms were large and well described so each family group could have separate rooms for their children and adult couples. This was great due to earlier bedtimes for the littles and different morning styles for grownups. We used the backyard pool as well as the larger neighborhood pool and had easy access to the beach by walking or golfcart or van. The very large kitchen had what we needed since we made almost all our meals there. There was a large dining area too. Any questions or minor issues were very promptly answered by the service personnel.

House is beautiful but could use updating

House wasn't as nearly kept up as what the pictures show. Pool is solar heated so if no sun its extremely cold. Not all tv's worked had to call and get fixed. Hood over stove didn't work. Doors didn't latch correctly, if any wind they would open up. outlet covers didn't cover all outlets completely. woke up one morning from a heavy rain the night before and garage had water in it.

Good Morning, We do apologize you did not have a 5 star stay. The pool does not notate heating however there is a hot tub for use as well. The door latching and outlet covers have been repaired or corrected, as well as the issue from the weather.

We were extremely impressed with this house and the responsiveness with ELP. It was clean and everything was clearly laid out. Beautiful decks and large areas to enjoy. The pool was checked during our stay and we had one internet issue that was resolved quickly. They sent out a person within 30 minutes even though we were back online. Our families usually stay somewhere once, but we will absolutely try to come back to this property!
