Portofino is the ultimate vacation destination and this unit makes a perfect beach retreat. Our condo is in Tower 4, on the 18th floor, with breathtaking views from all floor to ceiling windows. Our unit faces the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
Tower 4 at Portofino is located next to the Lifestyle Center and Fitness center/Spa. With 1333 square foot of well appointed living space , this unit will sleep 6 people comfortably with one king size bed, two twin beds, and a pull out sofa sleeper in the living area.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepaare gourmet meals, or if you prefer, savor the sights and sounds of the Gulf while grilling.
The stunning natural beauty of Pensacola Beachs glorious sugar white sand contrasting the aquamarine color of the water is enhanced by the 18th floor vantage point. Just steps away from your sky home is the Gulf of Mexico or Santa Rosa Sound.
Portofino has the unique advantage of having access to the beach, the Gulf of Mexico and the Quietwater Beach of the Santa Rosa Sound.
If you want to venture into Pensacola proper there are multiple things to explore and experience in the city of Five Flags.
Make magical lasting memories, watch the dolphins jump, listen to the Gulf waves and enjoy your vacation in this perfect Beach Retreat.
This Portofino condo was fully repainted through in January 2023 . This condo is managed by a local owner. We look forward to seeing our past guests and new guests in 2023!!

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing week and could not have been more pleased with the condo. Amazing views of the Gulf and everything we needed for a great family trip. No issues during the stay so we did not need to contact Kathy, but she was always very responsive and great to deal with prior to the trip with the questions I had. The resort was outstanding, and we are already looking forward to returning.

First time to Pensacola

We enjoyed the stay quite a bit. The unit had beach chairs and towels to use which was great. Pensacola is like a much less busy Destin which we appreciated. Downtown Pensacola was a surprisingly nice area as well. Great view of the Gulf from all rooms. We didn’t realize until about halfway through our trip there is a tram you can use that will drop you off at the beach. Game changer for carrying chairs and coolers. Ask the front desk for the tram phone number and you can call them to come pick you up. Oh, and for those of you with Walmart plus they will actually deliver the groceries all the way to your room. Pretty handy

Great beach stay!

We loved staying at Portofino Island Resort. It is perfect for families. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The views were amazing! I highly recommend staying here.

Great View of the Beach

Check in was easier than I thought it would be. Assigned Parking Space is a great location. Condo is nicely furnished and all amenities were fine. At first I couldnt figure out the password for the wifi but after some time I got it to work. Only negatives were the lighting in the living room is dark and i couldnt figure out how to turn on the big screen tv. Too many random remotes, but I wasnt there to watch tv anyway. The units location to the club house, restaurants and main pool was ideal.

Fantastic property and host

My wife and family stayed here and couldn't have been more pleased. Everything was better than we expected! A nice surprise and Kathy made sure we were all good to go before the stay. It was terrific!

My mom and I were able to get away for a girls trip. From the time of booking the condo to the time of check out- Kathy was very responsive and hospitable. The condo was clean, well stocked, and well taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We will be back! Thank you, Kathy!

I do recommend, but had some troubles.

As the tittle mentioned, I do recommend this property, and would possibly book again, but this is a review, so I have to list the good and the issue we had. First, the units view is great and is sitting right next to the main club house. The unit offered all of the kitchen and bathroom needs we would have wanted, plus there was a closet full of beach chairs! Now, for our issues...The hot water heater went out the first night of a week stay and we never had hot water. Kathy did reach out to maintenance that said they came by mid week, be we never heard anything back from them or the owner till the last day. Luckily, we did find that we could go to the spa in the club house and shower, but sadly our 16 year old Daughter had to take weeks worth of cold showers since she was not 21 to enter spa. With all this said, Kathy I'm sure had the unit replaced as soon as possible ad that's why I still recommend the unit.

We had a great stay in Kathy’s condo. We’ve been to Portofino a few times and really love the property. The condo was clean and very well stocked. The furniture was in good condition and we had everything we needed.

Nice condo

The overall experience was excellent. It started with great communication by Kathy, the property manager. She frequently sent us updates as our arrival approached. If we had a question she was very fast to respond. The check-in and checkout processes were smooth, like that of a hotel. The condo was clean and well-cared for. The decor was in good shape. A little dated in style, but still very clean and nice. The only complaint I had is that the water pressure is terrible. After talking with other guests it this seems like this is more of an issue with the entire property, not just this individual condo. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this condo for your stay.

Blissful stay at Portofino

We just had an amazing stay at Portofino. The condo was clean and well appointed. It had all of the amenities we needed, and Kathy was an amazing host! Anytime I had a question, she’d respond back within minutes. We will definitely be back again.
