Newly remodeled and fully furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath home within walking distance to restaurants located on the gorgeous north shore and close to Sand Harbor beach, the Hyatt Lake Tahoe, restaurants, shopping, and only minutes away from world class skiing, golf, tennis, hiking, mountain biking, and water sports. You'll love the neighborhood, the comfy beds, and the bright open concept kitchen, dining room, and family room.
Spacious home is furnished to host two families. The two primary bedrooms have king beds and their own full baths. An oversized third bunkroom has two twin-over-full-over-trundle bunkbeds. The entry level bunkroom has its own couch, big screen smart TV, wet bar, mini-fridge, and full bath. Open concept kitchen, dining room, and family room with gas fireplace, comfy couches, and big screen smart TV is perfect for unwinding after adventures in the snow or sun. Two oversized decks with gas BBQ grill are accessible from kitchen and family room to enjoy the beauty of Tahoe. Centrally located home is perfect for walking to grocery, eateries, coffee shops, and outdoor walking and biking paths. With a two-car garage you won't be scraping ice off windshields in the winter! Two-person IR Sauna and ski / snowboard rack located in garage for your use. COVID Notice: The Incline Village beaches are presently closed to the general public. Sand Harbor (4.5 miles from house), Speedboat Beach (4.2 miles from house), Kings Beach (5.0 miles from house), and other State Parks have been open with COVID protocols in place. Activities, events, and venues may close without notice and whenever capacity limits are reached. We welcome your visit, but unfortunately we are unable to refund your stay if these closures occur during your stay.
Guest access The entire property is available for guest use. Other things to note No Pets is strictly enforced. Renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No Smoking in or around the property. No Pets No Events or parties

Great Cabin for two families
Great house where there is a master bedroom for both couples and the kids had their own suite complete with bunk beds, tv, bathroom and refrigerator. We come up to Tahoe 7-8 times per season and the kids claimed this was their favorite place.

Beautiful condo in Incline Village
The property is all that you need for a great Lake Tahoe visit. The living area is very comfortable and the kitchen has all you need for meal preparation. The in floor heating was a plus. The bunk room downstairs would be perfect for kids and the upstairs en-suite bedrooms Good for 2 couples.

Quick Weekend Away
I would argue the only thing that was "misleading" was how much more deck space you'll actually have :)
The house is in an ideal location, Southwood is a somewhat busy street, but it's so close to Hyatt, Incline, beaches etc.
The house is laid out and designed so well!

Family weekend
We stayed for a long weekend for a family wedding at incline village. The house was nice and fit our family of 7 adults perfectly. We could have added another person in the bunk room if we needed to. Only reason for 4 starts instead of 5 is because the beds weren’t very comfortable and the kitchen could use more pots/pans and cooking utensils. But would absolutely stay here again!

Family Fun
This vacation was for my husband and I, 5 adult kids and 1 14 month old. The cabin was fantastic for everything we needed, including a baby gate at the top of the stairs. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a treat to have enough TP, dish/dishwashing soap and laundry soap. The BBQ was clean and worked perfectly. The beds were very cozy and so was the couch. The big kitchen table was perfect too. Truly no complaints about this place. Tahoe, in and of itself, never disappoints and neither did this cabin. The only bummer was not having access to Ski beach and Burnt Cedar as a renter (but that's not the cabin's fault). Thanks for such an amazing time!

Baking not an option.
Aunt to my son who was getting married planned to bake some special dessert items for the reception. Oven didn’t work. Items had to be purchased locally didnt measure up to what was planned. When maintenance showed to help he said new had already been ordered but not received yet. That means there was knowledge before we arrived but we were not notified. Had we been notified other accommodations could have been found. Disappointed in communication or lack there of.

The fact that the oven issue was known in advance but not communicated is particularly unfortunate, as it would have allowed for better preparation and other accommodations.
