The location is terrific - you are within walking distance of Suissevale Beach and the clubhouse. In addition to this fantastic beach, you will come across picnic tables, fireplaces, a playground, a volleyball area, tennis and basketball courts, and plenty of rocks to climb! There are several scenic nature trails and outdoor activities, and the tourist town of Meredith is within 14 miles.

This rural, dreamy home features a raised basement with an inviting den area offering comfy sofas, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a laundry area with a stackable washer/dryer. The second level has a spacious living room with a smart TV and a DVD player, a sun deck, a galley-style kitchen with all the appliances needed to prepare delicious homemade meals for the group, and a dining area with plenty of windows that allows you to enjoy a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The porch/living area offers another inviting seating area with another smart TV. There are two additional bedrooms with a sundeck on the third floor.

A beach pass is required to utilize the beach amenity. To purchase a beach pass, contact Vacasa
Per the Suissevale association regulations, vacation rental guests may not use the beach on Saturdays.
