Grande maison de campagne avec grande pièce rustique rustique qui s'ouvre sur un loft. 3 BRS, 1 salle de bain, poêle à bois, cuisine bien équipée et DR séparé. 2 des chambres ont des lits queen et le 3ème a 2 lits gigognes jumeaux.

L'extérieur a une grande cour et une terrasse avec un ensemble de patio, un barbecue et un quai, vous pouvez donc naviguer, ramer ou nager vers le grand lac depuis Shannon Brook. Les commodités de Balmoral comprennent une belle plage de sable, une rampe de mise à l'eau, un tennis, une aire de jeux et plus encore.
Il y a de nombreux restaurants pour des repas décontractés et haut de gamme à proximité.
Emplacement parfait pour les plaisirs d'été avec baignade, randonnée, kayak, pêche, golf, mini-golf et bien d'autres attractions ..
L'automne apporte le beau feuillage, les antiquités, le shopping et les foires.

Excellent proximity to private neighborhood beach. Outside area overlooking the brook was so relaxing to enjoy with our morning coffee. The house was perfect!

We absolutely loved the place in the backyard. The dock on the canal, the setting the beautiful home, the fire pit, the gas grill the picnic table on the back deck, it was all absolutely wonderful and we had a wonderful time.

The home is exactly as described with a spacious and inviting open floor plan and comfortable sleeping areas. The yard is also large and open with lovely sitting spots. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. We will come back!

The house is spacious, clean, and cozy. There was everything we would need during our stay. The location is great - it is only one minute drive to the beach. We had a great time and would definitely rent this house again in the future!

Columbus Day Weekend Getaway

We had a great time staying here over the Columbus Day weekend. The house is quite spacious and very comfortable. Everything was spotless and the house has all of the needed amenities, both inside and out. A perfect spot for a fall weekend with our family!

Bike week

Great location very quiet . Easily accessible to lake , an other locations. Plenty of room for family’s. House was clean an had everything we needed to cook with . Communicating with the owner was very easy . Will stay here again in the future !

Wonderful Time

From the moment we arrived, we knew we'd love it here. They have everything you could need while vacationing. Very easy to communicate with Susan and Lee. Kids thought the brook was the best! And was so nice that our son's boat was able to be docked right at the cottage. Can't wait for next year's vacation!

Wonderful Getaway

I could not believe how clean this vacation home was. The host was so kind and considerate, had great communication, and made this such an easy process. It was an incredible birthday vacation. Memorial Day

We had a wonderful time staying for our second year in a row. The property is beautiful and very clean. The hosts are easy to communicate with and gracious to answer any questions. I felt well informed ahead of time and there were no surprises! We had another wonderful experience and are already booked for next year!
