My name is Sabrina, and I am the creator of CasaSana wellness retreat getaway. I am passionate about bringing to life products and opportunities that enhance the human experience. I created CasaSana because I wanted people to have the chance to receive the magical tools that have had such a positive impact on my health, and the health of my family and community. The main components include our location in Rancho Santa Fe surrounded by nature and horses, and the wellness treatments offered by our hand picked practitioners that have been working with my family and me for years.
I grew up in this nature filled, holistic environment, surrounded by the healing powers of horses, wellness treatments such as yoga, breathwork, and massage, alongside the stunning beaches of San Diego. This lifestyle has had a profoundly positive effect on me, and it is my desire to share these opportunities and experiences. Creating CasaSana has been an intimate family affair and labor of love where every detail was taken into account with our guests in mind. From the specific products we handpicked to fill our CasaSana cottage to the unique benefits we created for our guests, it is a space that reflects who we are as a family, and how we cherish and appreciate sharing unique experiences and wellness practices with others. CasaSana offers an exclusive, unique experience you would not be able to get anywhere else as it is located on a private and professional equestrian show-jumper training facility. If you’re a horse lover, then this is the place for you! Imagine staying in our newly finished one bedroom one bathroom cottage and waking up to the sounds of birds chirping, palm trees swaying and the gentle sounds of our equine companions right outside your window. Your farm fresh eggs will be delivered to your doorstep daily, and if you opt in for breakfast delivery we can bring you fresh croissants from the French Bakery in the Village. Rise up slowly each day you stay with us, enjoy the little pleasures of life, walk out onto the deck with a coffee and croissant in hand, breathe in the fresh air of the new day, and behold the horses training in plain sight. But that's not all. Our ranch is surrounded by an abundance of trails to explore, and is located just fifteen minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches in San Diego. Take a short drive and soak up the sun, surf the waves or simply relax on the sand.

Not only will our guests experience the rare and unique opportunity to stay on a professional horse training facility like no other, but they will also be able to book personalized wellness treatments with our locally selected and trusted community of practitioners who will guide you toward a healing state of mind and body. Feel like receiving a morning massage, a cold plunge, yoga class or breath work? We can book you in. You name your needs, and we can find a way to bring them to fruition.

CasaSana is also home to our seasonal Moon Ceremonies. These very special events in the Spring and Summer take place around our bonfire pit to celebrate the natural transformation of life with the seasons. If our guests book a stay that coincides with a Moon Ceremony they will receive 50% off participation in the festivities. This is a wholehearted community event filled with joy, laughter, music, sound baths and delicious food that you would not want to miss.
We believe in the power of mind and body healing and transformation. We believe everyone deserves to have a space to go where they can connect with the Earth and reconnect with themselves. A place where they can just be. To rest, reflect, rejuvenate, and give themselves the gift of self-care and self-love.
