Cozy and Cute

It was a short two-day trip, and the place was perfect for our family. It was still being remodeled, so I didn't mind the dusty dishes. The neighborhood wasn't great, but I felt safe there. They had plenty of towels and toiletries. The kitchen was a little low on dish soap, but I understood since they were still getting things set up. The property manager kept us informed, and we'd definitely stay there again if we're in the area.

Perfect apartment for a small vacation

If you’re on vacation and don’t need a ton of space this place is perfect. House was clean on arrival.Ideal spot for 2–4 people. Contained all the amenities needed along with snacks and water. Location is short distance away from main road and ideal ride share distance to popular locations. Would book again no problem.

Clean and affordable

This is a nice place to stay away from the metro Tampa area, yet easily accessible to ZooTampa and Busch Gardens and a great produce market. Owner is very responsive. If you need complete quiet to sleep, this isn't the best choice as trains pass by in the night. Not a problem for us though. As others have mentioned, this is a working class neighborhood, but not in any way unsafe. We would stay here again.

TERRIBLE

Did not stay. When we got there, the grass needed cutting terribly. We could not get the combination on the lock on front door to work. Kept trying over 45 min. I also kelp texting and calling to let someone know it would not work to get in, with No response. Across the street people were letting the F word fly very loudly. A few houses down the street, there were a group yelling and cussing each other out like they were fixing to break out in a fight. Finally we decided we didn’t feel safe with all the commotion going on, So we left. We went and checked in a hotel when the owner called and said there was no trouble with the lock, which we tried for over 45 mins. I told the owner we all decided after all the commotion, we did not feel safe. The pictures did match the house on the outside, never got in the inside!

Great communication

It was a great , comfortable stay. We had the fire alarm go off and the owner was there in 30 mins of my phone call to turn it off. It is definitely a safe place to stay. The owner and co-owner are really nice.

Stayed 5 nights for the East Bay Winter Nationals. The place was very clean and about a 20 minute drive to the race track.

Cute Little Apartment

This little apartment was perfect for 4 people. The neighborhood was quiet, and easy to find. The owner was very responsive and answered all questions quickly. They also stocked the place with a welcome basket and plenty of linens since there’s no washer/dryer. Overall, we would come back to this place again.

Conference getaway

Older neighborhood, true, but felt safe returning after 11pm each night. Security lights lit up the entire yard, so going up the steps to the apartment did not bring on any anxiety. As for the apartment, 2 well-placed bedrooms with their own well-sized bathrooms was perfect for 4 girls getting dressed. Extras, like water & juice in the fridge, were a nice touch. Would definitely stay again. Thanks, Christopher, for a great stay!
