Make a home cooked meal and watch a movie with a Samsung TV with cable in the living room, and a Sony TV in master bedroom.

Our condo is located on the third floor which provides the most beautiful ocean views. Facing Monterey, our condo gives amazing sunrises daily that you can enjoy from the comfort of your home. Complimentary coffee, tea, cream, sugar, stirrers & filters are available. Grill with a 1lb propane barbecue and enjoy the salt air with patio furniture in your very own patio that outlooks the ocean. Beach access is on the second level through the clear door and just a few stairs down. All appliances are available, including a Washer, Dryer, and Dishwasher for your use and extra linens/towels are ready for your stay.

Stop by our lobby where we offer an assortment of loaner sports equipment for our renters including pickle ball sets! Nearby Pickle Ball, tennis, and basket ball courts, are easily accessible and just a short walk down the parking lot. Next to these courts you will find our gorgeous lagoon perfect to take peaceful walks and experience a beautiful scenery.
