Inside, the open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area provide a comfortable space for gathering, sharing meals, and spending quality time together. The home is truly a porch lover's delight, featuring a wide and welcoming front porch ideal for relaxing during a summer rain shower, and a screened back porch perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon read while overlooking the peaceful backyard.

Guests of The Broaway Bungalow will enjoy access to the Neptune Park Fun Zone located in the Pier Village from Memorial Day weekend through the end of June, with weekend access continuing through Labor Day. Each reservation includes one complimentary 10-punch card for the Fun Zone Pool and Mini Golf, with one punch required per guest for each visit. (Punch pass must be requested before arrival.)

• First Floor: Two primary bedrooms, each with a king or queen bed, HD Smart TV, and a private en suite bathroom
• Second Floor: Two spacious guest bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom
• One bedroom with a queen bed and HD Smart TV
• One bedroom with two twin beds and a sleep sofa, ideal for kids or extra guests

Property Highlights and Important Information

• Maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Group gatherings and events are limited to the number of occupants. Weddings, rehearsal dinners, and similar events are not permitted
• Pets are not allowed
• Fireplaces are not available for guest use
• Bath towels, beach towels, and bed linens are provided
• Check in at 4:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am
• Parking available for two vehicles
• Minimum age requirement of 25 years to rent


Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!
