-This is a two story home with bedrooms upstairs, the use of stairs is required
-Interstate 40 is nearby, you may hear traffic noise. This is a townhome with shared walls, and you may also hear noise from neighbors. If this is a concern, please reach out with questions. In our experience, the noise has been very minimal.

-This home is pet friendly and all animals must be listed on the reservation. Pet fee of $25 per animal per day, with a limit of two animals per reservation. Please do not permit pets to sleep in the beds. In your initial reservation, you will be charged $25 for the pet fee for the first night, and then you'll receive a separate charge from us for the remaining balance.

-There is no smoking, vaping, or drugs allowed in the house.

-Please be mindful about what media is downloaded on the WiFi. Any guest who illegally downloads media will be subject to the fees and fines that we receive from the internet company, which are significant. The WiFi will automatically shut down if you download illegal content, and you will need to contact us to get the WiFi reset.
