This unit is part of a duplex and patio area is shared with the other units

Sleeping arrangements

Common Space: 1 full pull-out sofa bed

The home accommodates up to four guests with one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with soft linens, extra pillows, room-darkening shades, and a closet for storage. In the living area, a full-sized pull-out sofa provides additional sleeping space for restful nights.

Kitchen & dining
Prepare home-cooked meals in the fully stocked kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and blender. Cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper are provided, along with dishes, bowls, chopsticks, plates, and cups. Enjoy meals at the dining table as you share stories from your day’s adventures.

Living area
Relax on the large sectional sofa and watch your favorite shows on the HDTV with Netflix. Natural light fills the room, creating a bright and comfortable space to read, play games, or simply rest. The home includes WiFi, an ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace in a common space to help you stay connected or catch up on work.

Outdoor living
Step into the shared backyard to enjoy Flagstaff’s cool mountain evenings. Lounge on outdoor furniture, gather around the fire pit, or take a soothing soak in the shared hot tub available year-round and open 24 hours. Guests also have access to a shared gym for a convenient workout during their stay.

Comforts & essentials
The single-level home has a private entrance and no stairs inside, making it easily accessible. You’ll find heating, portable air conditioning, and a ceiling fan for year-round comfort. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. The bathroom includes a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. This home is not suitable for children due to heating grate on the floor.

Set in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of downtown Flagstaff, the home offers both peaceful surroundings and close proximity to local shops, cafes, and restaurants. Outdoor enthusiasts will find easy access to hiking and mountain biking trails just minutes away.

Guest access
Enjoy self check-in, free parking on the premises or nearby street, and the option for luggage dropoff if you arrive early or depart late. Long-term stays are welcome, allowing you to settle in and enjoy all that Flagstaff has to offer.

Listing Notes
**Only one car per united is permitted due to limited parking space. There is free street parking from April to November. Other times of the year there is overflow parking at the Marriott for a fee**

Please only use the mini splits for cooling and heating. Do not use the central heating! The floor grate gets VERY hot.

**Walk down the path on the right side of the duplex to get to the shared patio and hot tub area. Quiet time after 9pm**

1. Pets must be house trained, and cannot be left alone. If there is excess mess from the pet, we will have to charge additional fees for damage to rugs or any part of the home.
2. Please pick up after your dog.
3. No parties or events. $500 fine for breaking this rule
4. No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes allowed. $1000 find for breaking his rule
5. Only one car per unit is permitted due to limited parking. Violators can be towed
6. Do not use the central heating thermostat.
7. Please turn off AC mini splits when not in use
