Welcome to our beautiful Mountain town at 7,000 feet!

Wake up to breathtaking Mountain Views with this perfect getaway in the pines! Located close to downtown, NAU, Arizona Snowbowl, the Grand Canyon, Sedona, as well as parks, hiking and mountain biking trails, fishing, and dining! This fabulous home is calling your name whether you are looking for relaxation or your next adventure!
This clean and comfortable home is centrally located in one of the best neighborhoods in Flagstaff, Presidio in the Pines, close to I-17 and I-40.

Upon entering the home you will be welcomed by a bright and inviting open floor plan. The living room is an ideal space to relax while watching the 50" TV or to cozy up with a book near the gas fireplace.

The fully stocked kitchen overlooks the living room and has all you need to cook meals and enjoy company. The dining table seats 6 with 4 additional seats around the kitchen island.

All bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with a balcony that provides stunning views of the San Francisco Peaks. The master bedroom also includes a TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom #2 has a comfortable queen size bed with a TV and a walk-in closet.

Bedroom #3 contains two sets of bunk beds with a walk-in closet (with toys for kids).

In the garage- ChargePoint Home Flex Level 2 240 volt EV charging station charges any EV up to 9x faster than a normal wall outlet. UL listed for electrical safety. ENERGY STAR certified for efficiency. 23 foot charging cable provides ample reach.
Please notify us if you intend to use the charge so we can turn the system on.

The house was beautiful. It was spacious with an open floor plan. Living room sofa and chairs were comfortable as were the beds. It was pet-friendly with small outdoor grassy area. The neighborhood was lovely. We took our dog on walks each morning in the neighborhood. We chose to bring our dog on our outings as well. We went to 2 different hikes both less than 45 minutes away. The host was easy to reach and very responsive.

This lovely home is situated in a nice neighborhood with easy access to stores and restaurants. The house was extremely clean when we arrived and there was a big pantry where we could store our groceries. The bedrooms have white noise machines but we didn't feel like we needed them. A big plus for us was the ability to use the EV charger in the garage to charge our car. We visited family in the surrounding area and it was so convenient. Sarah was a fantastic host, who responded quickly when I emailed her with a question. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Flagstaff.

Fantastic Flagstaff Stay – 10/10!

We had an amazing stay over the 4th of July and to celebrate our son’s 20th birthday! The home was fantastic, clean, beds were super comfortable, and the layout was perfect. The location is beautiful, quiet, and close to everything. The owner was great to work with—very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Spot for Us.

We stayed during a trip to Flagstaff and we loved it. It was a perfect place to rest after trips to the Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon. Very clean, easy to get in and check out. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great location and very comfortable place to stay with family. It’s definitely one of the places you want to stay again. Thank you Sarah for letting us check in early. That winter storm was really a great experience for us- waking up early like it’s Christmas again!

Everything about the property was wonderful but the added fees, markups, insurance make a 200/night stay into 440/night stay. I wish we could afford to stay more often.

Flagstaff Visit

Spectacular property- the size of the downstairs living, dining and kitchen area was amazing. It has a very large, full size kitchen, including a walk in pantry. It is will stocked with cooking utensils. The cleanliness was off the scale. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was immediately responsive to one minor issue we had. The only slight negative is for light sleepers in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. They are upstairs on the back side of the unit and face a highway. Otherwise a beautiful home.

Beautiful house

We had an excellent stay at this property. It was clean, in a great neighborhood and exactly what I was hoping for when I made the booking. It was a good base for us to explore the Grand Canyon, Sedona and Flagstaff, while also being close to grocery stores and restaurants. Sarah was very responsive with all communication. I loved the view of the mountain from the master bedroom. There is some road noise from the highway, but we were all able to sleep well with the fans and white noise machines provided. We also really appreciated having a cooler available. Highly recommend!

Summer in Flagstaff

We spent approximately six weeks in this property over summer. It was spacious and clean and everything you need to spend time away from home. Worked perfectly and kitchen was well stocked Very comfortable location. It’s in a wonderful area in a very quiet neighborhood with excellent opportunities to walk and cycle. It’s a perfectly located property, close to everything downtown and close to the interstates and highways. Really couldn’t ask for a better spot Most of all the property owners were fantastic. They were extraordinarily responsive and friendly, and helped us with everything that we needed.. Would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this spot
