The Space:

Adjacent to the living area, the screened-in porch offers comfortable seating and a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. The ground floor also features a spacious master queen suite with a private bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower and double sinks, as well as a convenient office nook and a half bathroom. Ascend to the second floor to find a second living area, perfect for relaxation, complete with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The second floor includes two additional master suites, each featuring a king-size bed, private bathroom with walk-in showers, and a flat-screen TV, one of which has access to a private balcony with seating. The second floor also features a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a bunk room with two twin beds, perfect for the kids. The home comfortably sleeps eight guests. Within the Watercolor community, you'll find yourself just across from the Dragonfly Pool and have access to a total of nine pools. For dining, you're a short distance from a variety of restaurants, and unique local shops are easily accessible, offering a delightful array of options. This family-friendly neighborhood is known for its charming atmosphere and convenient access to both relaxation and entertainment, making it an ideal spot for a memorable vacation.



Getting Around:

Getting around 'Summer Is Sweet' is easy! While a car is recommended to explore the area, free parking is available on the premises. For those flying in, Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is approximately a 30-minute drive away. Consider using ride-sharing services or local taxis for convenient transportation to and from the airport or for exploring nearby attractions, such as Seaside and Grayton Beach, which are a short drive away.
