Family holiday

We were there for 2 sporting events. Very comfortable, excellent location. The garden oasis was extremely practical especially for our 7 year old. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

The room was superb! Every amenity you good need for a stay. They even provide extra towels and blankets. The AC was ice cold and the king sized bed was perfect. We slept great every night. The pool was perfect for a mid afternoon dip and sitting on the dock at night was amazing. The owners were super friendly and provide us with and information we need and even set us up to fish if we wanted to. It's was also one of the easiest check out processes we're had. We'd give the 7 stars if we could. Definitely will be our first choice to book again

This little house was a distinct pleasure and surprise, located in a beautiful tropical quiet and secluded backyard with plenty sunshine or shaded sitting options and a private dock with over the river covered table for work or socializing. Hosts are responsive, accessible and super friendly when I needed them. Place is immaculate, very comfortable, plenty of towels and pillows, and made for a perfect week long stay just two miles up the Hillsborough River from the Convention Center. Can’t wait to return.

 The location was great for us. Were able to walk to quite a bit. The hot tub was clean and warm. The pool is nice. Really liked the area. The host are great,

A perfect spot with easy access to everything including Riverwalk. Heather and Tim are wonderful hosts and the space is private with everything we could want or need.

Our cottage was absolutely adorable! It was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. The pool and hot tub area felt like our own private oasis — quiet, relaxing, and surrounded by beautiful scenery and the different little trees that made the whole setting even more charming and peaceful. Our host Heather was wonderful — she communicated with us promptly and shared great recommendations that made our stay even better. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and affordable getaway!

The Casita is the pefect little oasis in Tampa! A dip in the pool to start (and end) the day, close to food, shopping, and downtown, and sunset on the dock over the river. Check in/out was a breeze. It was all perfection!

To be honest I'm still at a lost for words. The Property and the Owners are the best host that anyone can ask for. The Property was great a very nice pool and wonderful Hot Tub with a covered sitting area to get some relief from the Tampa heat. The communication was excellent the host Heather was great. There was on site parking which was lovely option because I rented a car. There aren't enough words to describe how pleased I was with my 4 day stay. The property was a converted Pool House that was very spacious and comfortable. I wish the bathroom was a larger but that's a "Me thing". I would recommend this property to anyone who visits Tampa but doesn't want to stay in the downtown area.

Very nice and private gem! Pool was clean and warm enough to enjoy. Hot tub was was amazing! Centrally located to whatever you're into! ONLY downside were the mosquitoes...BUT welcome to life by the water! . Host left plenty of spray and sunscreen out. Bed was super comfy, AC was awesome! Special touches like extra ice and my husband's drink of choice were waiting for us! All the amenities were ready to go. Would definitely stay here again if we come that way! Heather and Tim were great hosts!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Everything you could possibly need, as well as a pool and hot tub! The hosts were great! Downtown Oasis - Perfect Getaway

Everything about my stay was perfect from start to finish. The property was spotless—super clean and well-maintained. The property managers were amazing! Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable about the area, but they also gave fantastic recommendations for local food spots that turned out to be absolutely incredible. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Paradise....

I cannot rave enough about how great this place is! Truly a beautiful oasis. The location is ideal--quiet, safe, close to I-4, 275, great shopping and restaurants. Heather was SO SWEET and an amazing host! Besides offering the use of kayaks and beach chairs, she had awesome recommendations for us foodies and was lightning quick with ALL communication. The casita was perfect and had everything we needed. Wouldn't change a thing about this stay! We can not wait to go back!!!!

Relaxing stay at a cozy bungalow

We enjoyed our stay very much. Heather was very accomodating to our last minute changes, which was much appreciated. The location is very convenient and very quite.The place is well equipped, except for maybe some drinking glasses and one hand towel that had a large hole in it. Possible oversight. We enjoyed the pool and the patio very much.Overall a great place if you need a place to stay in Tampa.

Hidden gem

This place is special! Studio type living located in this private backyard. Heather and her husband are very friendly. Tons of amenities at your disposal; unfortunately I was on the go so much I didn’t get to use them all. Will definitely consider staying again on my next trip to Tampa Bay.

Perfect location

The street was quiet and our casita on the property was very private and very well kept. It was a mini oasis that you’d never know was there!We had a short and sweet conversation with Heather and knew she didn’t want to be in our way.. which of course she wasn’t!The amenities were all she described they’d be and we plan on coming back as long as our son lives just three blocks away! Thank you for your hospitality! I wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent Stay

My daughter and I had an awesome time at this home. The parking was very easy and the proximity to the airport/downtown area is unbeatable. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The owners were easily accessible, however, everything was set-up so smoothly, we only contacted them to thank them. Very clean room and bathroom.

Great way to relax

Had a great time staying in this casita. Came and went whenever with no issues. Bathroom is a little small but doable. Close to a lot of areas to explore.
