Booked this condo in October for a February stay. Less than a week before our stay the host canceled our stay saying the condo was no longer available. I asked for details and got no explanation except that we have to cancel our Vrbo reservation to get a refund. 2 weeks ago I requested the host cancel the reservation as he initiated it. I have gotten no response or refund. I believe he does not want to initiate the cancel due the monetary penalty her will incur by Vrbo. There are many other wonderful options in the area. Don’t risk a stressful situation by booking with this host or this property.

This was a great property and a tremendous value. If i had stayed longer i could have really used the excellent amenities provided with the rental. My only complaint would be that the living room area only had a projector for a TV which is cool, but it was so noisy it was unwatchable unless you turned the speakers up super loud.

A great place to stay in Tampa

This place is in a great location for easy access to downtown Tampa, Ybor City and the cruise ports. It was clean and well equipped. The host, Ernest, was easy and prompt to communicate with.

Perfect Stay for the Hockey Game

Very homie and close to the trolley to Amalie Arena. A bit of late night street noise from people but to be expected being downtown.

Excellent condo for couples. Very comfortable and location was close to trolleys top. I suggest adding railings in the bath tub for people with mobility issues. Overall, it was a convenient location.

Nice condo, great location

We had some difficulty finding the building and getting settled (mix-up on wifi login info), but timely communication with Ernest overcame all these issues.They stay was enjoyable . Comfortable bed, good shower, the kitchen had more than we needed, but we ate most of our meals out. The location is EXCELLENT. Easy walk to downtown, but we had fun taking the free trolley only a block or two away. Would recommend.

Close to transportation

Spent a week in Tampa. The condo is within easy walking distance to the free trolley, buses, grocery, bars and restaurants. There are 2 beautiful pools and a gym. The unit itself is comfortable for 2 people or a couple and a single.Four people would be a itbit crowded.

Ernest’s place is Wonderful!

Great, modern and clean Condo apt. Ernest was very friendly and easy to reach. His apt. was perfect for myself, my husband and our 22 year old daughter. Great area in the channel district that was close to all things we wanted to do.

Great stay

All was as advertised. Tip: there is a free trolly station within walking distance in front of the Florida Aquarium. Goes to Ybor in one direction and downtown Tampa in the other. Great location for dining/starbucks as they are just at the end of the building. Can’t beat the view from the rooftop on the south building.
