We stayed in these units many times over the last few years while our son was a student at UT. The units are always very clean and well prepared. We love that they are close to campus and walking distance to Hyde Park Village and Bayshore. We are going to miss our visits here now that he has graduated. Highly recommend!

I primarily grew up in Orlando, but have lived in Tampa for 20 years. I love this city and think that you will too! I am a stay-at-home mom with four wonderful kids (a 13 y/o daughter, 15 y/o son and two grown stepdaughters). I have a graphic design business and enjoy making yearbook/dedication ads for graduating seniors. I am very happy to own this charming property, which is in such a perfect location! I love being an Airbnb Superhost and look forward to helping make your visit to Tampa a fantastic one!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Location, location, location! It is a cute home in the middle of the historic district. Hyde Park is one of Tampa's most charming areas, a walking neighborhood with tree-lined streets, restaurants of all classes, clubs for the younger set, and shopping for all. The Sunday Farmer's market is very popular, and Bayshore Blvd is truly a gem.
