This house is located directly off a main road, allowing for ease of access to the city.

There is no laundry utilities on premises, but the house is stocked with additional linens and host will also restock if needed.

Guests have access to the whole house besides attic doors upstairs, utility room behind carport, and shed.

Interested in early check in? So long as our calendar allows, early check in or late check out are available for a fee of $10/hour.

We had a terrific stay! The home is far more charming than pictured and fit us perfectly. We were excited to have our dogs with us and be so close to everything. Our host was so easy to communicate with & super friendly. Definitely will come back when traveling to or through Greensboro!

Perfect overnight stay! Very cozy and everything was appointed nicely. 3 bed 2 bath was great, living room was chill and comfortable. Highly recommend for the area.

Short and sweet!

My daughter and I had a weekend getaway in GSO and it was a perfect home base for us. Check in was super easy and the house had all the right amenities. Will absolutely stay there again, especially if we travel with our dogs - it’s pet friendly!!

Cute little bungalow

We were in town for a show and this little rental was just what we needed. The home is older and renovated. Furniture was comfortable and a great space for 5 adults. The showers had great water pressure.

The host is very friendly and accommodating. It was a quick and easy check-in. The house is in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Greensboro which is perfect for a quick trip out of town. However the listing didn't really show the house to its full extent. It is an older house that has the normal wear and tear that you would expect however the bathrooms both have mold in them and seem to need a little refreshing. There also isn't any central AC and the upstairs gets extremely hot in the summer. Just something to think about when booking. However these issues weren't bad enough to leave as we were just there for 2 nights. This is however something I think should be more transparent in the listing. Especially incase someone has a mold allergy. Like I said the bathrooms were the only place where it was but the ceiling, at least in the down stairs bathroom, was almost covered in mold spots. If it has already been treated then maybe a quick coat of paint could solve this. Anyways I am not trying to tear down this property as it is a very lovely old historic house that is very cute and charming once you get past its short comings.

Great Place!

We were here for a swim meet and it was very convenient to the aquatic center. Plenty of room, nicely located and we loved playing Greensboro-opoly! Maddie was super friendly, accomodating and quick to respond to my messages. We plan on staying here again next year.

Great stay for a short trip. 3 BR are very nice. Shower was amazing. Small fridge, microwave and one of everything you need in the kitchen. Back yard was nice for the pups.

Good stay.

The home was definitely sufficient for our needs during our stay. The air conditioning units were a surprise, and the upstairs was rather hot; however, we managed to cool the upstairs bedroom by closing the door and cranking up that unit. Overall, we were comfortable, and the location was convenient enough for UNCG.

NC has been the perfect place for me! Here, I started my favorite hobby of wheel thrown pottery. All of the coffee mugs in my Rental are handmade by me :) and I also love hiking in nature and spending time with my two fur babies!
