Bring the whole family lots of room for relaxation. Our spacious 2/Br home is nestled in the heart of Clearwater. We are 15 to 17 minutes from the most popular beaches in west Florida.(Clearwater Dunedin Beach)
Our home offers 2 bedrooms with queen size beds 3beds total.
A full eat in kitchen private laundry room with washer & dryer,ironing area. Very large rm, air hockey table , attached covered outdoor eating area.
Driveway parking & security cameras. TV’ in all rooms including WI-FI

An absolutely awesome stay!!! The house is beautiful, spacious and was immaculate upon arrival. It provided every amenity you could ask for. The communication was outstanding! I was not familiar with Roku TV and when I texted the owner, in under one minute the owner got back to me and guided me through the process. The neighborhood is beautiful, close to stores and restaurants and i felt very safe walking our dog late at night. If i could, i would give more than 5 stars! We definitely will look no further when we come back to Clearwater. This place is PERFECT!

Comfortable Stay

As stated in the title, our stay was comfortable. Some things we would have appreciated are blackout curtains in the bedrooms. There are blinds but they do very little in keeping light out. We also would have been a little more comfortable if there had been curtains or blinds on the sliding patio doors. Also, the patio area and furniture could have been cleaner. We enjoyed our stay and the close proximity to the things we wanted to do. We enjoyed our stay and were comfortable while there.

Wonderful

This home was clean and comfortable and the perfect location for us. We came for a youth baseball tournament and when we booked it we weren’t sure of where the fields would be and we ended up only 7 minutes from it and then downtown Dunedin was right around the corner. It was perfect. I would absolutely recommend this rental and will stay again if I am ever in the area. Besides food and personal items the house had everything you need, plenty of bath towels and even quite a few beach towels. Air hockey was a hit with the kids and there was plenty of room to lounge and relax.

Unexpected Noise, Great Home

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners included just about anything you could need while away from home including soap, pots and pans, beach and bath towels, extra blankets, etc. There is plenty of room for sleeping as well as relaxing. My children enjoyed the air hockey table and the adults loved the outdoor patio area. We were able to utilize the washer and dryer which was very helpful as we were there for a sports tournament. The communication was great with the owner. He replied promptly to all of my messages before and during our stay. There was one negative about our stay. We found out a day after checking in that part of the home had been turned into a studio apartment that we did not have access to. There were guests on the other side of the wall which for the most part wasn’t an issue until the other guests were up late hours of the night and we could hear them through the wall. With us having earlier morning events each day, this made sleeping difficult. Overall, we would stay here again for pleasure if we did not have any early morning commitments.
