From the balcony you have unobstructed views down the beach as far as the eye can see. There are high-quality resin captain’s chairs on the balcony for you comfort and enjoyment of the beautiful morning sunrises. This is a great spot to have that morning cup of coffee as you watch the dolphins as they swim the shoreline searching for their morning meal.
The living room, dining and kitchen is an open plan and provides outstanding ocean views from any location. The living room has a sleeper sofa, comfortable chairs, ceiling fan, TV, electric fireplace, end tables/lamp, wall art and WiFi is provided throughout.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for basic meal preparations including all required major and small countertop appliances. The major appliances are all stainless and include a refrigerator with ice maker, range/oven combination, dishwasher and built-in microwave. The dining area adjoins the living area and is equipped with a table that seats 4 with two others at the kitchen bar area.
Down the hallway you will find a built-in bunk area with two twin bunks which is a great spot for the kids to hang-out.
As you continue on to the rear of the condo you will find a large master bedroom that is equipped with a queen bed, dresser, nightstands, lamps, ceiling fan, closet and a large smart flatscreen TV mounted to the wall. From the master you will have a view of the Intracoastal Waterway to the rear of the complex
Just outside the bedroom door in the hallway you will find a newly remodeled full bath with a tile walk-in shower. This bathroom is absolutely lovely.

The Topsail Dunes Complex provides a large oceanfront swimming pool for the tenant’s enjoyment plus outdoor grilling areas and a small playground for kids. Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
