Welcome to our Blackwood home! The house is newly renovated and located in a safe/quiet neighborhood. 5 min from TYS airport 🛫, 20 min from downtown Knoxville, and 5-10 min to all the restaurants & grocery stores. Come and relax in our hot tub ♨️ after your long flight or road trip.

Chose this place due to its excellent reviews and it's accessibility to the Alcoa greenway system. Had a great time and the host was extremely responsive. Hot tub was great after days full of bicycling and pickleball. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Nice house with fenced yard. We traveled to Maryville area to see family for holiday. House was clean and comfortable. Looked to be recently renovated with nice kitchen appliances. We spent most of our time with our Maryville family members at their place, but this was a good option for us. I'd recommend this place.

This property is a gem in the best spot to be in Alcoa, a block from a fabulous park, nearby greenway trail (perfect for viewing Smokies in the distance!) and a fab barbecue place Hatchers!! The house is well equipped with comfortable beds, everything you need in the kitchen, and a great TV. The backyard is perfect for your dog, large and fully fenced. The neighbors were all friendly and we felt super comfortable the entire stay! Our host was terrific and checked in on us, made sure we had all we needed. We were in town house hunting and the location made it easy to get to other parts of Knoxville as we toured the area. Highly recommend!! We loved the house and the quaint neighborhood full of local Alcoa history!!

Perfect for a short and sweet stay!

We came to town for the night for a concert and this was a perfect little spot for us to stay. The location was great, not too far from Knoxville, and out of the hustle and bustle of things which we like. The hot tub outside was a fun edition. Cleanliness and communication was great, and all in all really enjoyed our experience!

Beautiful House

We had a very short stay in Knoxville for a concert. The place was great, very comfortable. There was a miscommunication with the host regarding our need for an early check in, but ultimately they made it right and all worked out. Location was very close to the airport, but ultimately farther from Knoxville than anticipated, which made Ubers a little tricky.

Green Meadows Tournament

This house was so convenient to Green Meadows golf course. I was able to get to the course in five minutes. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to enjoy the hot tub since it was so hot but maybe next time!

A wonderful stay near the Smokies!

We were able to check in a little early, which was amazing since we were there for a small bore rally and wanted to go riding and get the dogs in the house. The house was very clean and the hot tub was a very nice addition! The host was quick to communicate as well as his manager for the property. My only qualm would be that the lawn needed mowed but our dogs still did fine, it's just easier to make sure you pick up after the dog when the grass is short. Overall the house had everything we needed at a decent price with the utmost cleanliness and professionalism. We will be booking this spot again from next year!

Sweet Little Gem

This is a sweet little gem located on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood within Alcoa, TN. The host, Jason responds to any inquiry within the hour and allowed us to stay an extra night when I needed it! Check in was a keyless lock pad on the front door, super easy! Why my family loved it: park with walking trails one block away, 5 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from a grocery store, two Starbucks 5 minutes away, tons of food places to eat at, hot tub was working well and very private with chalkboard walls you can write on, a fully fenced in yard, everything was working well in the house, close to the town of Maryville, and very comfortable beds. Eat at Bella and The Bearded Brothers! Next time we come to visit family, I will be booking this sweet little gem, highly recommend!
