Plum Island. Sunny contemporary home steps away from sandy ocean beach. (2 minute walk.) Approximately 2000 square feet. Cathedral ceilings in big living room, balcony with peekaboo views of the ocean. 3 good-sized bedrooms with queen-sized beds in two rooms, and a full-sized bed in third bedroom. 2 single roll-away beds, and a queen-sized pull-out couch in the living room. Clawfoot soaking tub in upstairs bathroom. Beautifully decorated and outfitted with everything you need. Big kitchen with stainless steel appliances and attached dining room. Wifi, and 2 tvs. Screened-in porch. Big back yard (fenced in) with garden seats, grill, fire pit, and outdoor shower. Dogs welcome! Room for 5 cars in driveway, which is good because there’s very little parking on the Island. 3 day minimum. Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Location was great! Beaches are pristine and so beautiful. Lots of places to walk to enjoy the ocean views. The town of Newburyport is beautiful and we enjoyed the 1 hr cruise with Harbour Tours. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Check in was smooth. Appliances are new and very nice. Note: House was listed as 3 queen bedrooms by VRBO. But one is full-sized, not queen. The yard could use some attention
 but we didn’t spend any time there so it didn’t matter to us. The beach is so close and so beautiful
. That’s where you wanna spend your time!! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets!

Super close to the beach with everything you need!

The most spacious home we’ve ever stayed in on the island and it was fully equipped! A very short walk to the beach that made it easy to make trips back and forth and under a mile walk to ice cream, restaurants, and shops. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Location is AMAZING! Literally steps from the beach.

Bright and airy. Steps from the beach. Minutes from downtown. Hosts friendly and quick replies. Outside area and outside shower are a huge plus. Great parking. Sea Song has everything I look for in a beach house rental. I LOVED it!!!

Plum Island

The photo from the front of the house does the property an injustice! It’s a lovely home with so much room. Beautiful appliances in the kitchen, AC in the bedrooms for the hot days. The beach is a stone throw away and a great outdoor shower for those sandy days. As for those of you with pets, the yard is amply and fenced. A gated screened porch and a gated open porch. We highly recommend this property

Great House in a Quiet Beach Town

We loved our stay at the “Sea Song” as Laurie calls it. It was nice and spacious. We enjoyed the very close location to the beach, you could come and go easily. Lots of parking for our cars. The backyard was an added plus, we enjoyed the fire pit. The house was fully stocked with the items you needed (trash bags, toilet paper, etc). The beds were comfortable! We’d happily stay again next year!

Comfy Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sea Song! Plenty of room and parking for our group of 6 guests, comfortable beds, large living room and kitchen areas as well as some outside spaces to enjoy too. The location was nice for walks to the beach which is very nearby.

Plum Island Perfection

Great property. The host was communicative and responsive. The kitchen was surprisingly well-stocked with good quality cooking/eating needs. Nice assortment of games, cards, and outdoor space relaxation opportunities. It was very clean. Dog-friendly neighborhood and house. One would need to be a strong swimmer to swim at the beach. Calmer waters were a short bike ride away.

Hi, my husband and I are both college professors and like to travel to the National Parks with our 7-year-old son during the summers.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

It will take you 2 minutes to walk from the door of the house to your sun umbrella on the beach. Which is great because there are very few places to park on the Island. We are so close to the ocean that we can go there and back to the house if we forget something or want to take a nap before more beach time. Our house is sunny and spacious, sleeps 8 and bring your dogs.
