We booked this for an employee staying long term in AZ. The Elite team was very accommodating and easy to work with on stay extensions. The unit was well kept and perfect for our employee. Will definitely book here again.

Unfortunately not a very nice experience.

Top dead bolt didn’t work. Someone came to look at it our first week. Said he was going to order a new one and come back to install. We were there for four weeks. Never returned. Someone vomited on our patio from one condo above us. Reported to the property manager and she said she would have someone come and clean it up. Never did. Decided to leave two weeks early and asked the property manager to reopen those weeks so that if someone else booked we would get some kind of credit back. She booked it out for a week and said it was to the owner but we would not receive any credit back.

Thank you for your insightful comments. We do not offer refunds when people leave early. Sorry, you had an emergency. This is a 30-night rental and you were welcome to stay the entire time. We also offer trip insurance so that you can manage through emergencies. Hope you took advantage of that. The 2nd deadbolt has been replaced and the patio cleaned. We can not control the behavior of others and this luxury complex is not one that this happens on ever. The HOA was notified also and guests causing a disturbance removed. Again thank you and sorry you had to leave so soon. The weather is amazing at 80 degrees during the day now.
