CONDOMINIUM FANTASTIC dans le luxe gated complexe dans la communauté de golf de Ocotillo à Chandler, en Arizona. Cette belle copropriété a deux chambres, deux salles de bains, garage pour deux voitures, et est décorée avec goût avec un joli mobilier.
Le salon dispose d'un canapé confortable et d'une causeuse avec télévision à écran plat. La chambre principale a un lit king avec un épais matelas à plateau-coussin Serta et une télévision. La salle de bain principale a une douche séparée et baignoire de jardin. La deuxiÚme chambre est séparée du maßtre et dispose d'un lit queen avec une salle de bains attenante. Le loft avant a un coin salon supplémentaire avec une petite section. Passez du temps sur le balcon arriÚre qui surplombe le point d'eau de la communauté, buvez votre café ou à la piscine et au bain à remous chauffés. Il y a aussi un centre de fitness sur place.
Pour les amateurs de golf, à travers la rue est Ocotillo Golf Course, qui est un Troon géré bien sûr, avec 27 trous de golf de championnat classé quatre étoiles par le Golf Digest et sélectionné comme l'un des trois «doit jouer« cours dans la vallée par ses lecteurs - voir notre lien ci-dessous pour les photos et bien sûr la mise en page. En plus de cela, il y a plus de 200 terrains de golf à jouer dans la vallée.
Nous sommes situĂ©s Ă  20 minutes de Scottsdale et Ă  15 minutes de Tempe. À seulement cinq minutes du Chandler Fashion Centre, vous trouverez de nombreux magasins et restaurants raffinĂ©s.

La terrasse de la piscine est en train d'ĂȘtre refaite les deux premiĂšres semaines de janvier 2019.

Amazing stay

This was such an amazing experience! The property was so clean and well taken care of when we arrived. This property was very roomy for our family of 4. Golf, shopping, restaurants, and parks close by. We had an early flight arrival and Christine was very accommodating with an early checkin for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place at a great location in East Valley

The home was actually nicer than the pictures. The bed was really comfortable and overall we had a great experience. Only thing to note for light sleepers: there's a fountain right outside the master bedroom that runs from 6am to midnight and woke me up every morning.

Winter at Bridges of Ocotillo

Great location. Host was quick to respond and resolve the hot water issue we had. Toward the end of our stay the pumps in the fountains stopped working, which was unfortunate. Pool and hot tub were good, but they removed half the loungers/chairs to repair them so it was sometimes hard to get a seat. Overall our stay was great but the unit could benefit from a deep clean of the ceiling fans and blinds.

Quiet condo in gated community

We had a great stay at the condo. It was clean and spacious with enough room for myself, spouse, 3 year old and my brother. Inside there was several TVs and plenty of areas for lounging. We did also use the kitchen for home cooked meals! Keep in mind, there are steep stairs inside the unit, so we had to keep a close eye on our toddler. The balcony looks out over the water and the fountain. The gated community was nice, however there is not a lot of room for walking inside the gates, as it is all garages and street. There was parking available in the garage, but not a lot of additional spots on the streets. Once you leave the gated community there are some nice neighborhoods and a childrens park nearby. The pool was small, but heated which was comfortable. The condo was close enough to major highways and shops and restaurants to fit a variety of needs. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Disappointed for the cost

We stayed for 2 months, and ended up leaving several days early. This condo is listed as "luxury" but we found that to be misleading. I am sure this condo was nice at one point, but it definitely shows wear and tear that you wouldn't expect at this price point. The overall cleanliness was below expectations, even after the owner sent a crew to do another cleaning when we arrived.Pros:-Owner was very responsive and friendly (even came right away when we accidentally locked ourselves out!)-Neighborhood is small, clean, friendly, and gated-Gym was always in good shape with lots of machines-Having a garage was greatCons:-The kitchen is really, really small with no pantry or space to store food, and the finish on some of the cabinets was peeling off-Appliances like toaster and coffee maker need to be replaced, and the ice maker in the refrigerator was broken-Toilets clogged easily, and ran all the time unless you jiggled the handle every time you flushed-Carpet and floors need to be deep cleaned-Resident who lives downstairs is a smoker and we could always smell it when she was smoking-The pool heater was broken for 2 weeks (I know this is not directly related to the condo itself or anything the owner could control, but the price of the condo is inclusive of amenities like a heated pool that we couldn't utilize for a portion of our stay)-There is a fountain directly outside the master bedroom that runs from 6am-10pm daily and woke us up most mornings

Our first time trying out Arizona to get out of the Utah snow and cold. Couldn’t have been more pleased when we arrived and unpacked. The condo is well appointed with the things you need to start out with. Stores are close and convenient to get to. We had our car so it wasn’t a problem. There are wonderful places to walk and enjoy exercise. The host, Christine was the best!! Planning to do this again next year!

Family visit....

Location close to food and shopping. Hosts great to respond. Comfortable beds. Water and fountains nice to watch and hear from the patio. Nice to have a garage. Home was dated and short on supplies for a 10 day stay for 4 people. Kitchen or kitchen equipment was not clean. Iike to cook and didn't much because of that. My opinion, the home needs a good professional cleaning.

Nice condo

Everything about the condo was nice. Location, view of lagoon with Great blue heron sightin, and clean pool & hot tub. A few complaints about the condo itself. Coffee maker had used coffee grounds in it still, the convection oven rack was dirty, the slider to balcony was very difficult to open and close, and the master bedroom toilet ran sometimes after flushing which required us to lift handle up to stop it, and the ice maker didn’t work. We did enjoy our stay and would rent the property again if there were adjustments to the slider & toilet and the cleaning crew checked & cleaned kitchen appliances better.

Quiet and convenient with great pool and hot tub

This our second Arizona rental during golf season. The unit is in a dense complex but was very quiet during our stay. Given the density there is little space for young children to play if that is a need. There is easy access to shopping, stores and attractions in the East Valley. The hot tub was one of the best we have used and the pool very comfortable and never too busy. The unit was not well stocked with paper goods and some cleaning supplies. Some maintenance issues were encounterd and were addressed.

We needed a longer term rental and ended up staying almost two months. Great unit, in a great complex. Close to everything in Ocotillo, really enjoyed our time there, nice pool and decent workout facility as well. Would highly recommend.
