Luxury 2-bedroom, 2 bath, second floor, Cottage Style Beach Themed Vacation condo. Centrally located in the heart of Clearwater and just a short 3.5-mile drive to Clearwater's award-winning white sandy beaches, Pier 60, Boating, Fishing, Golfing and the Pinellas Trail for miles of bicycle recreation.

This beach themed condo is within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, public transportation and is only 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 20 minutes from St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport. Busch Gardens is 45 min away and the rest of Florida's major attractions like Disney World, Lego Land, Universal Studios, and Sea World are just a short 90 min drive.

The Avalon at Clearwater is a gated, resort-style, condominium community that offers a family friendly environment. Large geothermal heated swimming pool, 24/7 fitness facilities, clubhouse with kitchen, barbecue area and convenient free parking right outside the unit.

Nestled in a beautiful courtyard setting with manicured pathways and tropical plants. This condo offers a generous 1100 sq. ft. open floor plan with the two bedrooms on opposite sides offering guests maximum privacy allowing for an amazingly comfortable stay, perfect for sharing with family or another couple.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed with a new Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress, 65" flat screen smart TV, ceiling fan and has direct access to its own private bathroom as well as a huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two queen beds with brand new firm perfect sleeper mattresses, 32" flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Bedrooms are also on opposite sides of the unit allowing for optimal privacy for guests.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless-steel appliances accented with beautiful quartz countertops. Perfectly appointed with all the necessities including microwave, regular coffee machine, Keurig coffee maker, four slice toaster and blender. Cabinets are fully stocked with glassware, barware, serving dishes, pots and pans and utensils.

Condo is stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels. boogie boards, cooler and float noodles for your fun at the pool or on the areas many beautiful beaches.

In unit laundry room just off the kitchen includes a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. All linens, extra pillows, bath towels, and dish towels are provided as well as a hair dryer.

Beautiful private covered Lanai with comfortable seating for outdoor relaxing and to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail with a walkout from the Master Bedroom as well as the Living Room.

Florida Sunshine, Turquoise Gulf Water, Palm Trees and White Sandy beaches wait for you here at this TROPICAL PARADISE!

Lou was very welcoming and a great communicator. We arrived in the area 30 minutes early and he let us check in early. He gave recommendations and responded quickly to any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable. There is a heated pool, easy parking, and its a short drive to the beach. We will surely be back. Having coffee on the balcony was my favorite part!

Our stay was fantastic! It was clean and safe. The condo was unexpectedly stocked with great items like towels, umbrella, chairs which made our beach time perfect. Would definitely be recommending this to travelers and families Check in was smooth. We did not experience any issues at this site. We will definitely try to get a condo here again. Everyone was friendly. A worry free place to relax and unwind enjoying the Florida sunshine.

Host was so amazing and responded to any messages very quickly. Very nice people! Apartment was well appointed & clean . We had everything we needed . Could have used more dishwashing pods . There were only 2 so we had to buy more . But overall we had a great 6 might stay . It’s in a bit of a run down neighborhood, fyi . But it’s not scary .

Very well equipped for the beach, which was only a 10-15 minute drive away - had everything needed, such as chairs, cool bag, beach umbrella etc. Very good & speedy communication with owner who was able to resolve an issue we had with Air Conditioning very quickly. The condo itself was very nice. Lou was very easy to work with. We had some issues with the air conditioning, but Lou was on top of it and had it fixed in no time at all. The only complaint we really have it the noise coming from the 3rd floor. It basically sounded like the were playing football all hours of the day. Also it's advertised as a gated community but the gates were always open. The pool area is amazing and refreshing.Thank you, Connie

Love this property!

I have stayed at a few different condos on the Avalon property and have had a great experience each time. This one was my favorite as I love the layout and space. Cleanliness was top notch, as was the property owner. We had one small, inconsequential, issue and he came over and fixed it immediately. Condo stocked with all beach items you could possibly need, even sunscreen! Will absolutely stay here again. Thanks for a great vacation, Lou!!

I went with my family (five people in total) and we were all delighted. The property was exactly like the photos. It was pretty clean and the location was excellent (about 10 minutes from Clear Water Beach). The process was super simple; the host contacted me immediately by email, giving me all the necessary information about accessing the property and all the details. The pool was super comfortable, although we didn't enjoy it much because we were at the beach most of the time. 100% recommended.

Beautiful home, nicely decorated with great amenities

Loved this spacious clean condo! Everything was sparkling upon arrival! Pool was warm and the kid enjoyed using the pool toys provided at the home. Location was around plenty of grocery stores and a nice local coffee shop down the street. Condo was close to the beach, just across the bridge. We did encounter some heavy traffic a couple days crossing over the bridge but we went during prime spring break time so that’s to be expected. Great stay and great host!

Our stay was amazing! Such a nice place. Pool was very nice and lots of pool toys for the kids. Very close to Clearwater beach for us to go. The washer and dryer were nice to have on a family vacation. Such a clean and very nicely decorated place. The host was very nice and got back to us quickly when we needed help with something. We would come back again!!

We purchased our first Avalon unit in 2009 because we were very impressed with the property's amenities, proximity to beaches and general location in Clearwater and Pinellas County. We permanently moved to the Avalon in 2018, loved the area and complex so much that we wanted to share our little piece of paradise with friends, family and guests. We decided to purchase another Avalon unit and were fortunate enough to acquire another two-bedroom unit in 2020. We strive to facilitate a five-star experience for our guests and provide on-site management to ensure a great experience in addition to a timely response to all of our guests needs. We have worked in the service industry our entire careers and are currently in the real estate industry, we know what our clients expect! We are constantly improving our beach themed condo and hold our property to a high standard to ensure your satisfaction; we put a lot of love into our little piece of paradise!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Clearwater is a sunny beach town in Florida's Tampa Bay area with consistently great weather and spectacular white sandy beaches. Part of the city is on a 3-mile barrier island bustling with restaurants, bars and hotels. Clearwater is also famous for its Marine Aquarium, once home to Hope and Winter, stars of the movie "Dolphin Tale". This aquarium has recently expanded to facilitate the rescue and rehabilitation of more marine life and has tripled rescued dolphin habitat space to 5 connecting pools filled with1,500,000 gallons of water. Clearwater is surrounded by mangroves filled with wildlife and is great for exploring in a kayak or on a paddleboard. Clearwater hosts a wide variety of sporting, music, food and other events, boasting a full calendar of exciting activities each year and providing yet another compelling reason to visit. Clearwater is famous for its picturesque Gulf sunsets and each night Pier 60 comes alive with a festival to celebrate this magical sight, featuring performers, craft vendors and of course magnificent views. The last Friday of every month, the downtown Cleveland Street District comes alive with entertainment and vendors. Clearwater is also home to a number of exciting annual events. Spring marks baseball fever with the Phillies and the Blue Jays coming to town for Spring Training. The fall fills the city with the music of top national and local artists at the Clearwater Jazz Festival. During the holiday season we host the Outback Bowl Beach Day, a beach party not to be missed! Clearwater is centrally located on the Pinellas peninsula between Tampa and the Gulf of America. Unique to Pinellas County is the Pinellas Trail for walking, jogging, cycling and inline skating, it stretches 47 miles around from Tarpon Springs in the north to St. Petersburg in the south. It's close proximity to Tampa, St Pete, St Pete Beach, Dunedin, and Tarpon makes Clearwater the perfect location for exploring the entire region.
