L'unité dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec appareils et ustensiles de cuisine flambant neuf. Great Stay at the Avalon

Very nice condo in a very nice location. The condo itself was extremely well kept and nice and clean when we arrived. Very well stocked with all kitchenware and amenities you would want. Overall, we were extremely happy with the unit.

Relaxing winter getaway!

From the time we arrived and until we left we enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if we decide to vacation in Clearwater Everything we wanted was at our disposal.

A Very Nice Place

Mihaela has a very nice, updated Condo that is truly centrally located to all other towns, restaurants, beaches, etc. In addition, the heated pool is magnificent A definite place to stay in the area. Prior to going, we were emailing regarding her favorite restaurants, etc.

Perfect

This was by far the cleanest VRBO I have stayed in. Very responsive and helpful owner. Nicely finished and decorated. Kitchen is well equipped and clean. This complex has a great pool area and lots of amenities in walking distance. Plenty of parking. Easy to recommend to anyone. A great stay!

Great Rental!

Located close to grocery stores, beaches, botanical gardens, great state parks, restaurants and so much more. Condo was very clean & had everything we needed for our stay from day one. Owner was great about checking in to make sure everything was good. We would definitely rent again!

PERFECT GET AWAY

A lovely condo, recently remodeled, immaculately kept. Located on the first floor, parking is steps away. Grocery, eateries close at hand. Close to beaches as well as an easy ride to both Tampa and St. Pete. Wonderful owners, kind and gracious. This is a can’t miss.

Great place

The condo provided everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. It’s close to the beach, shopping and golf courses. The communication I had with the owners was excellent and they were readily available and forthcoming should I need anything that the condo didn’t provide.

Amazing xmas-nye family stay and all delivered as advertised

Canadian family travelled over xmas-nye, 2 adults + 2 children 7/9. First timers renting a non-beachfront place. Really for those of you concerned about having the beaches 3-7 miles out this was not a big deal at all. This is an awesome place for couples or families that want to sleep in awesome accommodations and explore the vast area between St’Pete and Clearwater there are literally 50 beaches for those that think Clearwater is overly busy, our favourite was Indian Rocks Beach and best restaurant was Gators at John’s pass. You can rent a jet skis anywhere for 50. You can take party boats out from Clearwater and fish for children’s fun or go deep sea fishing for a couple hundred bucks in Madeira beach. These are all places 5-15 min worth of driving. The property was exactly as advertised complete with some nice extras such as coffee and water ready upon arrival. I chose this place as Mihaela was the only one actually answering my questions straight and with no delay, I was very pleased with that. Really clean, 2 TVs which were great to separate my son and daughter. Wifi consistent and awesome, worked well as we brought an xbox, of course. This unit has new furniture or appliances. This 2-story condo complex, has about 10 buildings where each building has just 8-12 units. You walk the entire compound in 5 minutes and there were lots of overzealous folks trying running. Mihaela’s unit is about 50secs walking away from the pool and it is quiet. Very nice feature to be on the ground floor, stairs are sooo long. Place is gated and access controlled. Very quiet, middle-aged clientele, most without children. Parking free literally in front of the unit. The heated pool is actually heated and it was not overly busy. Place is located very conveniently in Clearwater, simply everything you would require within 2-4miles, including Costco, Walmart, liquor store, movie theatre. Publix across the street. We drove everywhere and liked the community. This ground level unit was really good for my family there was enough space (bedroom + queen couch), living area and isle-kitchen as you see in the pics. The bathroom is large complete with storage area. Again everything as advertised.
