It was lovingly renovated recently. Stainless steel appliances, granite counters, modern and coastal details for a luxurious yet casual charming feel. Fun and private back patio, fully fenced in, leading off the dining area with charcoal grill to enhance your culinary skills. Enjoy the beach to sunbathe, swim, & watch the sunset. South Beach Park is just 5 minutes w/ free parking, bathrooms and showers. After a beach day, throw something in the grill on back patio or sit around the fire pit at our coastal Adirondack chairs for endless conversations. Plenty of room to park your car at front driveway (room for 2).
The Space:
It comprises three bedrooms with coastal wall colors, and decor, lots of closet space, 1 bathroom with bathtub, lots of storage space and a window (very airy and bright), Open concept kitchen and living room, and a dining room that leads you to the private backyard fully fenced in.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/ freezer, stovetop/ convection oven, Microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and a keurig. Coffee bar with variety of coffee pods and teas. There is a dining table that fits 6 in the dining room off the kitchen, wether be for a dining gathering or for a game night. There is also furniture chairs on patio where you can sip your cocktails while grilling out on our charcoal grill, a hammock hanging between two palm trees, as well as fire pit with Adirondack chairs to hang out. The whole patio area has ambience string lights that are solar and turns on automatically, for your convenience.

The beautifully furnished three bedrooms comprises:
1- a queen-sized bed with firm memory mattress, plush pillows, coastal quilt, and extra blankets.
2- a queen-sized bed with medium firm memory mattress, plush pillows, and coastal quilt and extra blankets.
3- a full-sized bed, with adjustable frame, and Tempur-Pedic mattress, plush pillows, coastal quilt and extra blankets.
We provide extra Tempur- Pedic pillows in the closets, for convenience.

Fluffy white bath towels as well as beach towels & umbrella are provided.

The cottage is surrounded by a beautiful trees and bamboos, bushes with different flowers. Neighborhood is very safe, neighbors are friendly, law enforcement patrols day and night. It is a walkable neighborhood, with very nice shopping center called Miracle Mile with lots of stores, banks, shops, grocery stores, restaurants, ice cream & bars, and it is safe enough to walk at night for a dinner or just for a relaxing drink around the corner.

If you are staying in: Guests are welcome to make use of the large Corn-hole game and the Giant Jenga topping tower located in the dinning room cabinet cubbies. The beach is ± - 5min drive away.

There is a fire pit outside in the backyard for cozy winter evenings. Just don't forget to get firewood at one of the stores nearby.

Situated in the spectacular town of Vero Beach which is on the Altantic coast between Wabasso and Fort Pierce. Vero Beach beach with its fine white sand and curling surfing waves is one of the finest in Florida, but due to the small town feel has been kept unspoiled and for use mainly by locals. Shops and restaurants are a within walking distance at the Miracle Mile (Treasure Coast Plaza) and Ocean Drive is 10min drive; Waterfront restaurants 10min, Vero Beach downtown 8 min drive and Orlando 1 1/2 hr. The sunsets over the Altantic Ocean can be viewed from the beaches and are spectacular. Rental Agreements for 30 days plus stay.
