Comfortable leather seating for watching TV or in the kitchenette area for eating or working at the table. There is a very comfortable queen size bed and a blackout curtain so you can get a good nights sleep! You have your own router and smart TV as well as a Keurig with pods and a small refrigerator. There's a steamer & bullet type blender as well as a cutting board, sharp knife, corkscrew & bottle opener. There is a grill for the microwave upon request. Private entrance with your own 1 car parking spot in the driveway. Grocery store is 5 min away as is the closest beach or park. Beach chairs and umbrella are available upon request. Double seated kayak & life jackets are available if you want to explore the Indian River. There are several local restaurants on the river where you can eat outdoors and listen to music. You can sit out on the deck at night and enjoy the peace and quiet while gazing up at the stars and moon!
