The 2nd full bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There is a sleeper sofa and twin sleeper love seat in the living room along with a flat screen TV. Feel safe and secure when you walk off the patio into the fenced yard area. This condo sleeps 5 maximum.

The kitchen has gorgeous custom cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless appliances. It has all the pots, pans, large and small to include a coffee pot, toaster, blender, and utensils. Each condo has its own Wi-Fi. Linens included are sheets, blankets, bath towels, etc., but bring your own beach towels. Outside on the patio there is comfortable seating for enjoying those beautiful sunsets. Sand toys, etc. are available to use along with beach chair/umbrella service that can be purchased locally. You have your own full size laundry room right across from the front door of the condo. Whether you enjoy lying around the pool or sitting on the beach until after sunset, you will enjoy this small family complex that is close enough to restaurants and nightlife, but not right next door to it. Mariner East Condominiums is about 1/2 mile from St Andrews State Park and about 2 1/2 miles from the start of Front Beach Rd. We rent to families.... or if all adults are age 25 or older. Wal-Mart, Winn Dixie, Publix, and many restaurants are just a very short drive away. This is the place to make those wonderful family memories!
