F2 est situĂ© au premier Ă©tage seulement 10 pieds de votre voiture. Ce premier Ă©tage, une chambre, un condominium de bain est joliment dĂ©corĂ© et est situĂ© dans un quartier calme, complexe Golfe-avant axĂ© sur la famille Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© est et la plus jolie partie de Panama City Beach La plage est large, jamais bondĂ©e avec du blanc sable de sucre et de l'eau vert Ă©meraude. Profitez du lit king dans la chambre oĂč il y a beaucoup de place pour tous vos trucs. La cuisine a Ă©tĂ© refaite vient entiĂšrement approvisionnĂ© avec des plats, casseroles, poĂȘles, cafetiĂšre, grille-pain et mĂȘme un mĂ©langeur pour les boissons tropicales !. La cuisine ouvre sur le salon qui vous donne une sensation plus spacieuse. Our best stay so far

Kim is very friendly and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. The condo is very nice and has everything you need. It was very clean and was stocked with supplies toiletries, cleaning supply’s etc. I look forward to going back.

You can't beat the location. 1st floor, just a very short walk from the beach. Host communication was great. Condo was very clean.

Great Place for a vacation

My daughter and I truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is super cute and clean. It has everything you need and is close to shops and restaurants. Poolside was nice and just took a minute to walk to the beach. Kim was so friendly and helpful, if you needed anything just give her a call. Doesn't get any better than this.

Few days in the sun

My family loved our stay in Panama City at the Nautical Watch. The condo (F2) was very up to date and clean. 30 second walk down the boardwalk to the beach and only a few steps from our patio was the pool. Kim made sure we had everything we needed and the condo truly does have all you need. Comfortable bed, nice kitchen, ground floor, nice tvs. All you need to bring is your food, drink, swim suits and you'll be set. We plan to stay here on future visits.

Nautical Watch is a very family oriented complex. Well kept grounds and pool area.

Warm and inviting. Clean. Nicely decorated. Felt very much like home. Has everything you need for your visit. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Kim, the owner, was very accommodating and a lovely lady. Would certainly not hesitate coming back to this unit (F2). Pool area, from our patio, was very nice in the evening with all the garden areas in soft lighting. The beautiful white sandy beach is just a 15 second walk from the unit. Great sunsets. Loved the sun in the morning and afternoon on the patio facing the pool area.

Beautiful Beach Condo

I don't know where to begin. First I need to thank Kim for being so easy to contact and communicate with during the COVID-19 closures. She let me know immediately when the beaches opened up for tourists and we were able to go on our planned vacation. Now, there aren't enough stars to rate this amazing condo. The pictures don't do it justice. It is beautifully decorated and modernized. Kim has made sure that it is stocked with every conceivable thing that anyone would need. It was extremely clean and well maintained. You walk out the door and right to the outdoor pool, and it's a two minute walk to a beautiful white sand beach. Kim has made sure that we were provided with beach chairs, umbrella, toys, etc. Thank you Kim for being so gracious and sharing your condo with us. We will try to make our way back again next year, God willing.

Has everything you need!

We absolutely loved this condo! This is the 4th unit we have stayed in at Nautical Watch and is by far our new favorite!! Our kids loved being able to walk right off our patio to the pool! Beach was also very short walk from our patio! They also have beach umbrellas, chairs and plenty of sand toys! The owner, Kim, was very helpful and provided excellent communication! We will definitely stay here again!

exactly what we needed and were looking for

We were looking for a non high rise type building that was clean and close to the beach but not in a noisy busy area. This property checked every box. Not only was the unit clean, the grounds were clean and maintained. Top that off with a host that is very welcoming and accommodating. I would recommend this property to anyone and we would stay again.

The property was well appointed and very clean. The location was perfect, too: easy access to both the beach and pool, and close to Publix, Winn Dixie and the iconic Captain Anderson’s restaurant and market.

Pure perfection!!!

This condo and the owners are absolutely fabulous! It is away from the hustle and bustle of PCB but has everything and anything you need within mere minutes. It’s a smaller complex and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The walk to the beach is maybe 2 minutes from your back door. The pool is also right outside your back door. This unit is tastefully decorated, well stocked and super clean! Beach chairs, rafts, and coolers are all available for your use from the patio storage! We purchased several and left them for future renters! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could want or need! I highly recommend Kim and her beautiful unit! We will be back with our kiddos
 hopefully sooner than later! Thanks for everything!

Perfect for the price

When last minute looking for a condo during this super busy part of the year, I found this for way less than other properties. We were on the 1st floor facing the pool and was steps from it. The beach was a short walk through the pool area and then across the parking lot to the gate to the beach. We had all that we needed in the condo. Fyi..there is extra sheets and towels in the drawers at the foot of the master bed. We also got sushi delivered from JinJin...if you like sushi, there you go! Overall, great condo for the price!
