I really appreciated the hosts constant communication and quick responses. The property was perfect for hosting our party. Clean space and modern appliances. We really liked having the space within walking distance to the train station. One star removed due to the parking situation and the pillows/blankets were not very clean (yellow stains). Otherwise really great.

Conveniently located apartment

The location of this apartment was conveniently close to a graduation we attended. As promised the rooms were very cool and comfortable while the temps outside reached 100. BEds were very comfortable. Communication with host excellent. Would stay here again. Parking was a little tricky on the street

Clean apartment

The property was clean and well-appointed. Initial/check-in communication was not smooth, but easily resolved. The big sticking point for me about the property is parking. There is no assigned or dedicated parking, and the property is in a dense urban area. Street parking is the only option, and the night we arrived I spent a full 60 minutes looking for a spot. I ended up parking at a library a half mile away from the apartment. I cannot in good conscience recommend this property to people who are driving here, or have any kind of physical limitations. That being said, the apartment itself is nice, and quite clean.

Wedding weekend

Apartment was large spacious and clean. Check in a but stressful. Requested. 30 mintue early check in so my daughters and i could get ready for a wedding we were attending. Host could not give a definitive answer and check in instructions werent sent but 20 minutes before check in. NO PARKING. 30 mintues driving around at midnight to find a spot 6 blockes away. Thats a long walk in heels aftering dancing all night! LoL. I dont know the area so I assumed there would be parking. I will ask from now on. Over all host was responsive and got back quickly. Apartment was lovely

We had access to 2 apartments in the building and they were very clean and spacious. There’s a tv in every room.

Good base for our trip

Good sized property in a great location in New Rochelle. We had both apartments as there was 8 of us & it fitted us all comfortably. All the amenities you need are here (the hairdryers are fab!) but we did have a problem with wasps getting into the top apartment & lots at the bush at the front door. There are a lot of stairs up to the apartments so something to keep in mind for anyone with mobility issues or small children. The beds were really comfy & the balcony area was a nice touch. Overall we were really pleased with the property & our stay, would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and handy place to stay (New Rochelle bakery just up the street is a must!)

Beautiful and Comfy Stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Well located with grocery store and shops nearby. The host was very attentive. Hopefully will stay there again. Comfy for our large group.

Clean and comfortable

Great place for our family to stay before and after wedding at Surf Club. Only issue was parking restrictions on Tuesday morning but that wasn’t the fault of the apartment owner. Thanks for everything!
