Remodeled Lake House on Silver Lake

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy our recently renovated lake house! This all season lake house comfortably sleeps 8
 Includes screened in porch with a beautiful view of the lake sunsets! 50 feet of Lake access with two docks and plenty of green space. Minutes away from Letchworth State Park.

We just bought our place in November 2022 and recently completed renovations. We removed walls on the first floor, installed new drywall and opened up the family room to the dining room to optimize views of the lake throughout the first floor living space! We installed new flooring, completely renovated 2 full bathrooms
and have all new furniture!

For those looking to work from home and need a change of scenery, we have a separate office with a desk (did I mention, a view of the lake from the office!) The huge screened-in porch makes for a great place to have a cup a coffee in the morning or watch sunsets in the evening. Outdoor space includes fire pit, Adirondack Chairs, outdoor dining table and grill. Huge backyard with plenty of space for yard games.

Other amenities: 10 minute drive from Letchworth State Park, located directly across the lake from The Club at Silver Lake Golf (public golf course) and right down the road from The Charcoal Corral and Silver Lake Twin Drive-in (drive in movie theater, mini golf, arcade and restaurant). For those beer lovers, we are a few minute drive from Silver Lake Brewing Project.

 and plenty of space for a group. The lake view is amazing

We had a great stay! The place is huge, a large kitchen with a breakfast room adjoining so we could help prep the food and be a part of things still, and dining room area, living room with a big couch and a sitting area. The windowed porch that spans the whole back of the house so we had a complete view of the lake. Very clean, very comfortable. Laundry room upstairs with new washer and dryer was really handy. The bath downstairs has a shower and the one upstairs has a tub with shower. We all said we would definitely come back and hopefully during warm weather so we can enjoy the lake and use that great porch. Absolutely a great place to stay!Our host was very easy to communicate with, made everything so easy.

Excellent Lake Life

Would give this property 10 stars if able! The Lakeview was gorgeous. The house was spacious with lots of extras, including an enclosed porch facing the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfy, and towels fluffy. Except for the weather, it was the perfect weekend!

Lake front stay

Our stay at Anthonys lake front place was great! From before arrival to departure Anthony was kind and responsive if need be. The house itself was recently remodeled/updated with new furnishings in and out. Very clean property with a great view! I recommend and will return! Thanks again Anthony.

Beautiful house on the lake!

Perfect house for our visit to Letchworth Park!Our host, Anthony, was quick to check in, answer questions, and give great suggestions for visiting the area.The house is just lovely, and the lakeside backyard was the perfect setting for morning coffee and catching up with friends. So nice to have kayaks there for our use, too.When it was time to cook dinner, we wanted for nothing in the kitchen. Easy to find everything we needed, and the grill was right outside the door. The host even left a much-appreciated dessert for us to share! We feel fortunate to have found such a beautiful, clean, and comfortable place to stay
in a truly idyllic setting!

Beautiful View

This is a wonderful property with a beautiful view of Silver Lake. Great sunsets. A confortable house and very comfortable beds with everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. The owner provided great products in the barhrooms that helped to make it feel like a spa experience. Also very close to Letchworth State Park, a not to miss experince for hiking and breathtaking views.

Wonderful lakefront house on Silver Lake

I just finished a 3 night stay in this recently renovated house on the east of Silver Lake in Perry, NY with my family (including my 4 year old granddaughter). The house is beautiful, clean, and very well appointed. It had EVERYTHING we needed, including a 65” TV so my granddaughter could watch her Disney+, WiFi so my wife could get some work done, a very nice screened in porch with a gorgeous view overlooking the lake, comfortable bedrooms wit A/C, a very nice kitchen with both a coffee maker (very important) and Keurig. Check-in was super easy, and the owner, Anthony Miceli, was a pleasure to deal with. He communicated very well, and was brilliant in his choice of entry code for the front door lock (impossible to forget). I HIGHLY recommend this house. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.
