Best Weekend Ever!

We booked this place for Us and our wedding party to stay before and the night of our wedding! It was absolutely stunning! A great place for photos, plenty of space so no one felt crowded, great commutation from the host! It couldn’t have been more perfect!

Letchworth State park

Property meticulous...could use more kitchenware...also bar ware- the pond is a man made hole- seems to be popular in that area- not suitable for swimming. Nice place to stay if you're going to Letchworth to hike etc...otherwise it is in the middle of farm country. There is a winery not far away and downtown Mt. Morris has 4 or 5 cute antique shops.

The Best Retreat!

If you are looking for a lowkey, outdoorsy spot to relax, enjoy nature for a chill bachelorette, THIS IS IT. Great location (10 - 30 minutes away from things) so you truly get that peaceful vibe. Phil is an awesome host! They have everything that you would need for a stay. Also, beds are sooooo comfy and fairly certain there are heated floors in the entry. Lol! You will absolutely not regret a stay here. 10/10 recommend!

Fabulous!

We had 2 families stay together at this wonderful house over Memorial Day weekend and we had the best time!! There is so much to do on the property. A nice swing set, a paddle boat, catch and release fishing, and searching for turtles and bull frogs kept the kids busy. It is so quiet and peaceful. The wraparound porch was beautiful, and the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee while looking at the serene pond. The outside has many different seating options all around. It almost has a park like feel. Benches around the pond, a nice dock, multiple hammocks and porch swings. Inside the cabin has a rustic but very modern feel. The beds were comfortable, and the appliances high end. Phil was a great host. He sent us information about the property beforehand, such as a YouTube video, and guidebook to local attractions. He was very responsive and communicative. He even touched base with us halfway through our stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and see if we has questions about anything. We will definitely be coming back!!

House and property are beautiful

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to get away for a long weekend. The house is extremely clean and well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of room inside for a large gathering and the porch is wonderful with all the furniture and swings. The property has a clean pond for swimming or paddling around. Swing set for the kids and trails galore.

Perfect Weekend

This property was perfect for our family. Everyone had something to do or somewhere to relax. The house was amazing and the yard matched. We would definitely like to come back.
