#4- Fully stocked kitchen. Sliding door to outside deck that has a table and chairs. Outdoor grill on the deck. Fire pit, firewood available at stand on road. Quiet setting. New flooring, new paint, new mini blinds in every window, new electric fireplace. Queen-size pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Silver Lake within walking distance via the public beach that has kayak docks to use (kayaks not provided). Letchworth State Park just minutes away. Linens and towels NOT provided. Added fee of $20 per night for pet. Over 2 adults will have a $20 per night charge. Parking for 1 car. Code for the keyless entry will be sent via email 1-2 days prior to your arrival.

Pet friendly. Very close the Letchworth State Park, “Grand Canyon of the East”. Had a wonderful anniversary dinner at the Lumber Yard restaurant, 2 miles away. Great weekend getaway.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay while visiting the area. The room was very clean and everything was provided. Perfect size for just the two of us.

Long Weekend

My husband and I wanted to see Letchworth State Park and place was only 10 minutes away. Very Clean and would stay again. Our dog likes it too.

Terrific Stay

The two hosts were very accommodating. I even locked myself out twice, and the host came by right away. Also, the cabin has newly renovated.

Perfect getaway

Overall my stay was amazing! The property was accurately described, the host was easy to contact, and the location is perfect with a view of the lake from the deck. The only thing worth noting is that if you use GPS, the location can be hard to find, but that’s easily adjusted for.

I had to reach out to the property manager for the entry code when we arrived. Prior to her responding, a lovely woman (Sharon) had stopped by a neighboring rental & assisted us in accessing our unit. The exterior of the RV (yes, that's what it is) had green mold on the bottom 18" or so. There is no coffee table or end tables near the sofa, so it's inconvenient to have a drink or snack. There are 2 chairs at the table in a unit where up to 4 people can stay. The entry to the unit is in the bedroom. The comfy bed takes up almost all of the room, leaving less than 2' on either side. There are 2 pocket door entrances into the tiny bathroom. The unit was clean, the location was convenient for us.

Fun stay

Everything went good! Was a cute little trailor. I asked last minute if my inlaws could stay as wrll and that was no problem. Make sure you bring towels and garbage bags! I also found a vape pen under out bed, no biggy i picked it up and threw it out. Im just happy i didnt bring my kifs and had them accidentally find it. Other then that nice quiet neighbourhood We walked to the public beach down the rd. Not really a beach but a nice videw to have a picnic and enjoy the peaceful river.
