Condo was beautiful & looked exactly as it did in the photos! Very clean, close to an elevator and the views were AMAZING! Owners were awesome & quick to reply to a ceiling leak that happened & then sent us a nice gift card to spend in the cafeThis is my 2nd time to this resort and first time to this condo and I would stay in their condo again & again! Great trip!! Close to shopping, grocery and harbor wasn’t to far. Rented the beach chairs for a few days of relaxing went to Crab Island on a pontoon. Only thing I would suggest is to bring spices if you want to cook in the condo & bring laundry soap to wash clothes if needed.

Condo was clean and beds were comfortable. View from the balcony was gorgeous as to be expected. Tiki bar was a nice added touch by the pool. Ease of navigating the property was great for my mother on a walker.

The unit was just as pictured. Very clean and well maintained. Owners were absolutely fantastic to deal with and made everything easy for us. They provided some great recommendations of their favorite places to go. The balcony view was amazing!! Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again next time for sure.

Great condo, even better in person!

Great 2 bedroom condo! Love the 12th floor location and that it’s just off the corner so on the balcony you don’t see the other balconies. Condo is bigger in person than the pictures. Nicely updated, love the in unit washer and dryer. Only recommendation to the owners is the master shower would be great if that had been updated as well and if the balcony had better sitting furniture but honestly can’t complain about anything. Very clean and nicely decorated, would stay here again for sure! Thank you!

Our stay was fantastic. Hosts were so helpful and even told us places to go visit and eat and shop at. Basically planned the whole trip for us! They also had a guest book with previous families suggestions. It made it such a relaxing trip. Perfect for four people. Immaculate condo. Will be a yearly trip for us at this condo now.

Great clean condo and very courteous owners. I was able to text owner(s) and receive responses prior to and during stay. The check in was a breeze. There is a roomy master bedroom and on-suite and another room that could really sleep 5. 2 on top bunk and 3 on bottom. I imagine there was a sleeper sofa but unsure as we didn't need to use it. Only thing to be aware of is tenants cannot pitch their own umbrella near the water. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, as you can rent chairs and umbrellas from the contracted company that have all theirs set up neatly. There is plenty of room to set up an umbrella behind this company's set up. The condo staff were very friendly and always seemed busy cleaning.

Great getaway

The condo was nicely updated and had everything we needed for the stay for the week, including kitchen supplies and beach chairs (were not expecting these). The beds were very comfortable and the space was great for our family of 5. I wouldn't change anything about the condo itself! Our room was not ready until 6pm, which we knew was a possibility during peak times, but that was a large inconvenience. The elevators were routinely broken which made for long lines at the elevator stations daily (staying on the 12th floor makes it difficult to take the stairs). Pool area was very clean, beach was crowded with so many people staying there and having to set up behind the rows of reserved chairs.... while the beaches on both sides of the resort sat empty. Tiki bar and food were also good, and we took advantage of the pickleball courts. Safe and great location in Destin close to restaurants, groceries, etc. Would consider staying here again!

Beach Heaven

We absolutely loved your condo! It was exactly as described and pictured. Plenty of room for our family of four and included everything we needed for our stay! The views from the balcony were breathtaking and the beach was literally steps from the lobby. The resort property was well cared for and clean. We would absolutely rent from you again and look forward to another trip to Destin soon! Thank you so much for having us!

Condo was clean and spacious. My girls loved the bunks beds and TV in their room. We thought the Bedroom sliding door was stuck but we were able to finally get it open. Would come here again.

Amazing Beach Condo

This property is beautifully decorated, very clean and looks like the pictures. Checking in and out was super easy and the amenities were fabulous. Communication was great. Girls trip to paradise!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We checked in so early at like noon when we arrived it was ready. Our room was super nice. Loved decor and the view is paradise. We only see each other about once a year and this trip was so good we are ready to book for next year. Only con is that we really wished the bath shower in master bedroom had been updated as well. It’s looking pretty brownish

Nice Stay

The condo is beautifully decorated and close to everything. The beach is lovely and the pools were a hit with my kiddos. You can tell everything was redecorated but a few things still need to be updated (washer/dryer, main shower) and the furniture on the balcony was missing some cushions. Unfortunately our stay was dampened by a pretty decent water leak in the floor. Maintenance on site was less than helpful but the owners were helpful when we contacted them. So most of our trip we had towels on the floor and we were constantly washing towels. The owners did offer for us to move to another unit but we chose to stay in the two bedroom. Overall, we had a nice family trip.

Everything was fine, except dust under master bed needs to be cleaned, and balcony furniture needs cleaning. Other than that, everything was clean and nice!

One of the best trips to the beach we’ve taken! The condo was very nice and clean. The water was so clear and beautiful. Prior to our trip Chad and Lisa were super helpful and attentive. Definitely will be back! Thanks for the great condo!
