Newly renovated house available in the private Old Lyme Shores beach community. 4 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, kitchen with supplies, clothes washer and dryer, outdoor to wash off the soft white sand from the beach. Indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces includes plenty of seating, TV, great WiFi, PacMan arcade game, indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit, gas grill, swings, beach toys and bikes available for your use. For a rainy day, the house is full of games, puzzles, and books for all ages.

Old Lyme Shores offers a private beach with organized beach activities for families throughout the summer. Walk along the beach to the Old Lyme carousel, ice cream shop, beach shop, and restaurants. The neighborhood is full of families and very kid friendly.

Great beach house

The house is wonderful. Just a 6 minute walk to the beach! Four spacious bedrooms, very clean, updated kitchen and bathrooms. All amenities were thoughtful and appreciated.

Beautiful house - kitchen is fantastic! Lots of room- modern touches in a classic beach cottage. Easy walk down to the beach, outdoor shower is key ! Questions we had were answered quickly. Safe, private beach community is very welcoming. A++

Wedding Happiness

My family and another stayed here for a night because of friend’s wedding. The house was charming and cleaned. We loved the location and it fit all 10 of us. Catherine accommodated our check in request so we could get ready at the house. We all would recommend Catherine. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Old Lyme house

We just got back from a long weekend at Catherine’s lovely beach house.I must say the pictures don’t do it justice to how beautiful the house really is. There was nothing’s we could want that wasn’t provided. The location was fantastic and it was in a very safe, family oriented neighborhood. The house had enough room for everyone to have their own space (7 of us) and my granddaughters used the outdoor shower everyday!Catherine responded quickly to my (many) inquiries. There was more than ample parking and we basically walked everywhere. I have stayed in several VRBO properties but none can close to the touches that were provided. I am looking forward to booking again next year!

Wonderful beach house

I stayed here on a short vacation with my wife, five kids, and dog. The house and beach were just delightful. It felt like home--very welcoming and comfortable. I was impressed with the top-quality finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was very clean and new. We all fit well into the four bedrooms. Easy parking for our two Lincoln Navigators in the driveway. Generous sized yard for a beach community--space for kids and dog to run and play. This beach is great too with good sand, clean water, and friendly neighbors in a private community. This is the eleventh or twelfth house in from the beach, so the walk is short and right down the street. Water view from front yard. Great, fast, detailed, friendly communication from Catherine (the owner) who answered my many questions in advance. Overall this was a great experience in a lovely house and I hope to come here again. Thanks so much, Catherine!
