Profitez de votre temps de vacances dans cette maison de plage luxueuse récemment rénovée, avec deux salles de bain complètes au premier étage et des chambres avec 2 chambres de plus avec d'énormes placards. 3 chambres avec vue sur l'eau. À une minute à pied de la plage de sable de Fenwood. Près de Saybrook Point Inn, Waters Edge Spa and Resort And Clinton et Westbrook Shopping. Prenez votre café du matin sur le toit-terrasse avec une vue sans fin sous tous les angles.
Cette maison est équipée de deux ponts sur le toit d'une tour d'observation, d'un patio arrière et est située à 1 maison de la plage. Cette maison est très populaire pour les personnes qui n'ont pas envie de payer 500 $ la nuit pour une suite de deux chambres sans cuisine. The home was perfect for our family vacation. Location was great - easy walk to the private beach. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. Lots of things to do in the area - family friendly.

We were in Old Saybrook for my wedding. This property is a home run. It felt much bigger than the photos made it out to be. In the warm months there is a lot of outside space to enjoy the sun, breeze and views. Top quality bathrooms. The kitchen area is a wow and especially for our party of 10.

Beautiful house. Loved the walkway by the water. The neighborhood is wonderful. Family went fishing and caught lots of fish and the house had all the supplies to cook a lovely meal.

Beautiful house! Very responsive host. Top deck is the best. Location is great.Only suggestion: if you are going to spend a lot of time at the beach, I recommend bringing beach chairs, they do have camp chairs.

Wonderful Stay at Beautiful Seaside Home

We stayed at this home for a weekend to celebrate our Mom's 100th birthday. The home was absolutely lovely and so convenient to everything you need. The hosts are very communicative and helpful. It was the easiest VRBO experience from check in to check out. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful area

We stayed with family for a long weekend and the house was perfect. We had plenty of room and with four full bathrooms, it was great. It is in a beautiful area and close to shopping areas and restaurants. A really nice walking path along the ocean which we enjoyed.

Pleasant Stay

The house and location were great. We loved the large kitchen and easy access to the beach (for our family polar bear plunge). Our only complaint was the excessive amount of dog hair that was on the master bedroom comforter. We have family in the area and were able to get a substitute comforter for our stay.

Our Trip

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! Celebrating a 60th birthday for a our sister, cousin, friend....we found the the home had easy access, was extremely clean, had comfortable beds and outfitted with everything you would need in a kitchen. The upper deck was breathtaking! Would definitely rent this place again in the future.

The location for this rental was a perfect meeting point for 6 former URI gals to meet up, as we were coming from surrounding states. The house was large, updated, clean and well stocked. We enjoyed both the roof deck and sun room for catching up. Would go back again!!

Splendid Stay

My family was visiting from Cal and Florida. What a beautiful home for them to spend the weekend. They weather was perfect and the home was comfortable and spacious. They enjoyed sitting on the deck and in the backyard and it is a short walk to the beach. Everyone had fun. They did not want to leave.

Family Wedding

We stayed at this house for a family wedding taking place at Old Saybrook Inn. It was a great location for us and the house was everything we were looking for. Plenty of grip discs and plenty of privacy for each member of the family. We wished the weather was a little nicer so we could have enjoyed the outdoor space more but we're more than comfortable hanging out inside.

We had a wedding at the Old Saybrook Inn and this was a perfect rental home and location. Rose was terrific with communications. The only thing to note is that there are many streets named the same with drive, road, lane, and vista, be sure to put the right address in your GPS.

Beautiful Wedding Weekend

My son’s wedding was held at Saybrook Point so we rented this house for our family to stay for the weekend. We had my two grandsons with us, a 5 year old and an infant. This house was perfect for us. It was 2 minutes to the wedding venue. So clean. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for all of us to get ready for the wedding!

Wedding weekend

This location and space was perfect for our group of friends that came into the town for a wedding at the north cove yacht club. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and get ready for a great weekend. We wished the weather was a bit nicer so we could have enjoyed the beach and walk around the neighborhood. So close to the water!! Only downside was 4 car minimum in the driveway and we had 6cars. We left 2 cars in town with public parking. Other than that, I highly recommend and if I’m back this way I’ll definitely look for this property again.

Wonderful Wedding Weekend stay!

Our family (6 adults & 2 kids) had the best ever time at this beautiful, spacious & extremely well equipped home. We live in New Haven, but wanted to be near Essex where our daughter's wedding was being held; just a 15 minute ride away. I booked it for 4 nights so we didn't need to drive back & forth from home for all of the wedding weekend festivities. The minute you drive into the neighborhood, you know you're in a special place but as you drive up to the house, your jaw drops. The grounds & exterior are immaculately maintained. The interior is huge, w/ very nice & comfortable furnishings. Each bedroom has its own tv & access to its own bathroom, w/ 2 of them having their own ensuite. We appreciated the ample # of towels provided & the comfortable beds and pillows. There is a tower room where we could read or just veg with a lovely view of the water. There was easy access to comfortable outside spaces- a roof top deck & large back patio w/ umbrellaed table seating for 10+ people. We didn't use it, but there was also a gas grill available to cook outside. The 1st floor open floor plan (living room, dining area, kitchen) was huge; our 2 grandchildren (31/2 & 14 months) could play within site of the adults. We hosted a family brunch on Sunday after the wedding. Our new in-laws are chefs, who were very impressed by the extraordinarily well equip kitchen. When we called Rose with questions, she replied quickly w/ answers. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

This property was amazing. Beautifully decorated, immaculate, patios and a balcony with ocean views. Owner is very responsive and friendly. Home is very comfortable and family friendly. Great walking path along the ocean. Kitchen is well stocked. Home is very y bright with lots of windows. Perfect home all around. Will definitely rent again.
