Sensational renovated house just a few steps away from the beaches & ocean. Enjoy use of Sound View or Miami beaches. Wide open floor plans and tons of room for everyone..... House features an awesome outdoor fun fenced courtyard, outdoor shower, ceiling fans in each room and plenty of room for the entire family.

Activities: Access to Sound View Beach, Free outdoor concerts, kid's crafts & carousel, bingo, movie night, pavilion & night club, Florence Griswold Museum, Goose Island, Connecticut impressionist art trail, sculpture grounds, Soundview Brewing Company, Bell 8 charters, Kokomo's restaurant and beach bar.

Winery and Brewery tours available - Tour includes a visit to three to five wineries or breweries of your choice in Middlesex and New Haven Counties in a luxury passenger vehicle with driver.

Offshore activities - Day and sunset charters to Newport, Montauk, Sag Harbor, Block Island, Duck Island, Greenport, etc. Speed boat rentals and thrill rides and waterskiing and tubing.

5 Miles to Big Y supermarket.

In addition, this property comes with plenty of off street parking and is conveniently located near Mystic Aquarium, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Gaming Resorts, Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets, Clinton Antiques Center and Chamard Vineyards.

Available for Academic winter rental as well as summer - weekly, monthly, and seasonal rentals.

Electric, heat, cable, & internet are not included in long term or academic rentals and charged separately. Utilities will be billed separately on a monthly basis.

Beach chairs, towels, linens, pillows, blankets, cleaning products, bathroom tissue, paper towels and dishwasher pods are included in the rental.

Summer season begins on May 14th and ends on September 30th. Rentals during this period have a 1 week minimum requirement and begin on Friday. We do allow shorter than 7 day rentals but not at the posted rate. Long term rentals are available from October to May at a discounted rate. Rates posted are for short term winter rentals. Please contact us for long term rental rates and summer midweek rental rates under 1 week for information.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Old Lyme! I was initially a bit hesitant to book because there were no reviews yet, but it’s clear why — this is brand new construction and we think we were the first guests.The house is beautifully decorated with top-quality furniture throughout. The kitchen is excellent, featuring a commercial-grade oven and all the best amenities. We loved the private yard and the short walk to the beach. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described.Highly recommend — we’d definitely stay again! Thank you to the hosts.

Great Summer Rental

This property was well worth the weekly rate. The property is beautiful and very clean. The host also offers winery and brewery tour along with boat charters and tubing.

A Must Stay!

Donnie was great from the start! He messaged us to make sure everything was perfect when we arrived. The property is exactly what a New England beach house should be, cozy, relaxing and a block from the beach. Could not have stayed in a better location. Thank you Donnie! 10/10

Great Time

The cottage was great. The outdoor patio is definitely the highlight. The only complaint we had is if you are trying to multiple air conditioning units and anything the else power would go out. We were popping the breakers every 10-15 mins at night. Overall it was a great stay and we would go back.

Charming cottage with great location

We were a family of 4 in town for a high school graduation, but wanting to spend the week at the CT shore. The house was very charming and clean when we arrived. It was an older house, but had a new oven and fridge and all the dishes you would need in the kitchen. We cooked a few meals and had everything we needed. The front porch was great to sit for meals and games. There were a few beach chairs and a wagon to borrow. The beach was just a short walk down the road and there was a great crepe place, ice cream, Italian ice, snack bar and even a carousel on the way there. It was 4th of July week for us, but the beach was not too crowded. The only minus for us was that the listing had said there was a washer and dryer, but there was not one in this unit. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.
