Rates from 5/14-9/30 are for short term stays. Rentals during this period have a 1 week minimum requirement and begin on Fridays. We do allow shorter than 7 day rentals but not at the posted rate. Available for Academic winter rental as well as summer - weekly, monthly, and seasonal rentals.

Electric, heat, cable, & internet are not included in long term or academic rentals and charged separately. Utilities will be billed separately on a monthly basis.

Beach chairs, towels, linens, pillows, blankets, cleaning products, bathroom tissue, paper towels and dishwasher pods are included in the rental.
