“Rosie’s Vineyard” Brand new luxury construction home in Middletown. Steps away from Newport Vineyard and minutes away from Second Beach and downtown Newport. The home features a living room with a gas fireplace, kitchen island with seating for up to 5 people, and SONOS sound system throughout the first floor. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and two full baths with double vanity with marble counters. The primary suite features a large closet and full bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.

what a beautiful home with all the amenities we could need. House was so clean and guest ready. The yard was so unexpected and spectacular - we want to come back during a warmer month to enjoy your fabulous outdoor space. Newport tap room and winery were so close- -next visit we want to get there.

We had a wonderful fall weekend at Rosie's Vineyard. The home is thoughtfully decorated and cozy for our family to enjoy. We loved the deck for morning coffee with a lovely view of the farms in the area. The close proximity to the Newport Car Museum and Newport were a huge plus. And the being so close to Newport Vineyards and Brewery was a bonus. We will definitely return next time we are visiting our RWU student!

This home is absolutely amazing. My bridal party and I stayed here this past weekend for my wedding at Glen Manor House, and not only was the location in relation to the venue perfect, but the home itself was one of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed at. Spacious living space and bedrooms, beautiful yard. The host was so accommodating. 100/10 home.

Our daughter was getting married at Glenvale winery- just over a mile away. This was the most perfect location! Really really lovely. My daughter was able to get dressed at our house. we really loved the house.

The house is gorgeous! It had everything that we needed. The front two bedrooms can get a little noisy as they are on the street and the sun rises on that side of the house-- otherwise not a bad thing to say!

We had a perfect stay at this property! The property manager was always responsive and helpful, and the home is just as beautiful as the photos. The backyard is lovely, and there’s plenty of parking. It’s only about 10–15 minutes to downtown Newport, and the Newport vineyards are very close by.The only downsides are that the house is on a main road, so it can be noisy, and turning onto the road can be tricky with traffic. Otherwise, the home is well-stocked with towels, beach chairs, and all the essentials you need for a trip. Highly recommend! We would love to come back.

easy check in with automatic door. Some pieces of furniture and parts of the apartment had wear and tear or broken issues. Overall clean and nice place to stay but on very busy road with construction during our stay.

The house is beautiful! The beds are the most comfortable in every room as each family member came down in the morning saying, "that is the best bed!"Kitchen is amazing and has all you need! Nice touch having full mirrors and TVs in each bedroom as well as complimentary shampoo/bath products. Also we did not get to enjoy the outside due to rainy/cold weather but corn hole,yard games, and beach chairs also provided. Great stay!

Perfect Location!!

We had a wedding at the Aquyidneck Club. This house was in a perfect location. 12 min from newport and 12 min to the Aquidneck club. House was very clean. Easy check in. great co mmunication with the owner and his assistant claire, we had questions about tv and hey answered right away. 4 BR and 2 full baths plus 1/2 bath in LR. Thanks for having us!!

Wedding Getaway

My daughter got married in Newport August 17 2024 and my family stayed at the house, The house was great for this. The girls were able to get ready at the house and my daughter was so comfortable. The house is clean and everything you need is there. I could not have been happier. I had one question for the host and he answered immediately. I highly recommend this house for a vacation.

Very nice, very clean

We enjoyed our stay very much. House is very comfortable and relaxed. Backyard was a lot of fun for the kids. They loved the open space and the games that were available, especially cornhole. My only caution for people is that the traffic noise is pretty severe at night so be prepared and it can be hard to get off and on the street during the day. Other than that the house was great.

Great weekend stay!

This house was perfect place to stay! We had a family wedding in Newport. It was clean, open and well-appointed. The house is located on a busy street, but is a super short drive to trails and the Green Grocer, a local health food market. We will definitely stay again next time we head to Newport. Thank you!
