THE LOCATION WAS GREAT , BEACH VIEWS AND A GREAT CHOICE OF RESTAURANTS ALL WITHIN A 1/2 BLOCK FROM THE RESORT , WE WILL BE GOING BACK SOON

Overall, okay. Issues with incorrect code, not being able to enter bldg (which were corrected) At checkout, the elevator was not working, complicating moving things to vehicle.Very sparse kitchen inventory

Great family vacation

We had a fantastic time at this VRBO. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The convenience of the pool by the ocean with little kiddos was fantastic. Check in was easy and host was very reponsive to any questions asked. Felt very safe with my little and would most definitely stay again. There was a little contruction going on, but really didn’t both us at all. Not too noisy.

Great stay at NSB!

Great stay at NSB. Unit is as described- pictures are accurate. Beach front, pool access and a short drive to Flagler ave. This is a basic unit - meaning no frills, a place to lay your head and shower. Would recommend but just be aware if staying longer than a couple nights will need to supply everything including hand soap and such. The unit was clean, check in was smooth, kitchen is equipped with the basics. Smooth and quick communication with owners.

Good time with a few issues

Excellent affordable location. A few issues though, The elevator was out of order and being a senior with back issues We were glad we only had to walk up 1 floor. Many people staying there were older and it was an issue. The front keypad to the lobby was hard to manipulate and many of the guest had problems with it. Discovered the entry on the poolside was much easier to use. The lockbox for the unit was also difficult to use, The unit could use more cleaning supplies to help keep it up during the stay. Also since many of your guests are seniors a handicap bar in the shower would be helpful. But all in all we very much enjoyed our stay.

Terrible

The condo was not clean, the air conditioning started leaking and went down to the condo downstairs and we had to leave a day early! The property manager refunded the 1 night but the tax, service fee and cleaning fee were not included. We have stayed at this location many times in the past but whoever owns this unit has not done any regular maintenance and to charge this amount is a travesty! I am requesting that VRBO adjust these other fees as the property manager can not. Thank you!

Served it’s purpose

The condo had a great view of the ocean. It’s in a good location and close to pretty much everything you need when being in NSB. The condo was as shown in pictures. However, I did not receive an email with checkin information. The sign on the condo door was not the company I was supposed to pick up keys from. It was a complete cluster. Once finally in the condo, it was a mess. Nothing was cleaned from the previous tenants. I mean nothing!! Dishes in the sink, used towels on the dinning room chairs, old sheets still on the bed, floors sandy, old trash in kitchen and bathroom, bathroom not cleaned. Once I finally figured out who to call to rectify the issues, he promptly sent people over to clean the condo. I felt so bad for the two that had to do someone else’s job! I won’t mention their names but they were very apologetic and very kind!! I appreciate them for stepping in and getting the condo clean. I would stay in this condo again, just not this particular unit. I would also recommend checking that they actually have your reservation on file because they didn’t show my reservation through VRBO. Which probably explain why I never received check in and check out details. Live and learn.
