This oversized 1 bedroom suite, 1 bath offers two queen beds. Additional sleeping available on queen sofa bed. Heated pool alongside a kiddie pool that overlooks the ocean. Good location next to beach

This was a good budget stay close to the beach. We stayed here with our two small children and they loved the pool and beach access. It was also nice having sand toys to borrow. The building is old and clearly in need of repairs but our unit was perfectly adequate.

Great Beach Getaway

Me and my girls wanted to get away to the beach for the weekend. This was the perfect spot! Located on the beach and walking distance to several restaurants.

Not short of amazing

Let me just say, the home is located across the street from Izzy’s Island and 7eleven. Izzy’s was perfect for lunch and 7eleven had pizza for dinner when we got back from a festival. The home was stocked with everything we needed. It was also very clean. I personally slept on the sofa mattress and it was comfortable. The AC worked fabulous. I definitely would stay here again if I go back!

Our 2nd time at Coastal Waters. We will definitely be back. Its a great way to stay!!

We enjoyed being right on the beach! We walked to local restaurants and enjoyed meeting up with our friends and family to celebrate our daughters 1st birthday.

Great quiet location!

Our family really loved our short stay here at Coastal Waters! We were pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the condo was with towels, beach chairs, and many dry good items in the kitchen. It was nicely decorated as well and we did not see any bugs. We also liked the little balcony with places to sit outside. This unit had the ability to use the air condition or catch the ocean breeze through the windows. Getting to this second floor unit was a little tricky at first, but we found the easiest path eventually. Great ocean views and pool space was enjoyable as well. We came during Spring Break looking for a place that wouldn't be too crazy with the party crowd and this place was just perfect! The owner was quick to respond about questions as well. No loud music pumping 24/7 like at other rentals we have tried. We loved being able to just walk across the street to the delicious taco stand for dinner and ice cream. Would definitely recommend!

NSB comfort

Stayed only one night, for a quick trip birthday celebration, and was perfectly lovely . The unit is very clean and well appointed. Beautifully decorated for a beachside stay! Great location.

Too short!

Greatly enjoyed our stay. It was a quick one night trip. We found the property and the condo very inviting. Easy beach access and walkable to some restaurants. Condo was clean and pleasantly decorated. Check in was easy. Owner was great with communication. Hope to return.

Simple and clean

We were in town for a field hockey tournament so we needed a simple place where we could stay but also enjoy the beach in our free time. Beach access is perfect. We would look to stay here again.

Loved our stay!!!

My sister and I came to NSB to celebrate our birthdays and had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, spacious, well stocked and beautifully decorated. There is a really nice green space with grills and picnic tables, and the pool is amazing when its not too crowded. The beach is gorgeous!! The only thing I would suggest is better instructions on the keys. It was very difficult to get the key box open and then closed again. And nothing was said about needing a key to get through the gate to the beach. But overall a great place! The only reason I would not come back is that there is no elevator and we had to make 2 trips up and down stairs with our bags. I have arthritis in my feet so I was feeling it afterwards.
