Sunrise Catch NSB: Newly remodeled condo OCEAN VIEW, 300 steps from the beach

This cute studio at MarinerÂŽs Cove is on the 3rd floor with ocean view. It was remodeled with love and passion in March 2023. You will find everything you need to enjoy your vacation here in New Smyrna Beach. The Beach and the 27th park (restrooms and showers) is right across the street, you can choose if you want to walk 300 steps across the street and turn right to the NO driving site of the beach or you can take your car and go to the left on the ramp and you can park on your favorite spot right on the beach.

The Condo:
You will sleep in a queen size bed, take a break on a pull out chair, have a drink at the kitchen island or have dinner at the dining table.
You can also use the dining table as a workstation, outlets are under the table.

Guest access:
You are on the 3rd floor, you can use the elevator or the staircase.
Enjoy the fenced pool area with an outdoor shower and restrooms.
The renovation of the entire building is almost complete! The balcony partitions still have to be installed.

Other things to note:
Please follow all posted signs on the property.
Please follow the rules and be considerate of the residence.
You will find everything important in the Welcome Book on the table.

This condo, and the complex, are exactly as described. The unit is quiet, clean, comfortable, convenient, updated, and had everything I needed. I would definitley stay there again. Communication with the hosts, Melanie and Thor, was excellent, and they were great to work with. It was a perfect fit for my needs.

Perfect beach weekend!

We had a wonderful beach weekend and stay at Melanie and Thor’s VRBO property. Check in was seamless and we were provided with all the details we needed but whenever we had a question and sent them a message, we had an answer within 5 mins.The location is perfect - you walk across the street and you’re at the beach! They also provided everything we needed like beach towels, chairs, a cooler bag and even a wagon to make bringing it all so much easier. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Very clean unit

Sunrise catch is very clean and cutely decorated in a nautical/beachy theme. The location just across the A1A is very convenient, a quick walk to the beach. The property itself is very clean and the pool water is sparkling. The property manager quickly answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Best Stay in a Long Time

We loved every bit of this stay. The communication with Melanie was nothing but exceeds expectations and we truly look forward to staying again sometime next year. From being super clean to literally a 2 minute walk from the beach, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. For what it’s worth, the AC was also a highlight for the hot days! Thanks again for everything!

Beautiful, clean condo!

The space was perfect for 2 people and thoughtfully outfitted with everything you would need for a beach stay. Extremely clean, beautifully renovated, and great location!

Weekend Getaway

Loved everything about this rental!! Very clean, beautifully decorated, perfect for two. The owners have thought of everything. All the little extras that make your experience even nicer. Coffee pods, creamers, waters, a few little snack paks. Nice beach cooler, beach chairs, beach towels. The shower is wonderful, with nice soft towels and a soft bath mat — no scrimping here. The owners supplied the bathroom with a few rolls of toilet paper, small bars of soap, very nice smelling single size shampoos and conditioners, cotton balls and Q-tips. The kitchen has more utensils and cooking items than about any place we’ve stayed at and we’ve been renting different condos down in Sanibel for over 30 years. The bed is nice and comfortable and AC works great! You only need to walk across A1A at the traffic light which gives you a safe cross walk, down the sidewalk down to the beach ramp and you’re on the beach. The owners are very quick to respond to any questions or requests. The door has an electronic lock so no need to go pick up keys and no keys to accidentally lose. I highly recommend this rental. We will be back again next year for sure!!
